Rowe love this place, go there quite a lot. Always great service & great food. BUT, the price has gone up a lot lately so won't be going so much now.

Came for a meal with my good friends and their daughter, the food was amazing and service was excellent.

8 of us for my nieces 18th, fab Service, food & superb attention from staff. Table was beautifully decorated - mixed age group we all loved it. + Prezzo takes vouchers...bonus. we'll be back.

Went there last night service was professional and our waitress was always there if we needed her had a lovely time.

We enjoyed our visit, it was nice and quiet as it was an early lunch. Great food. But a bit of a wait between courses, we had 5 small children with us, which don't really enjoy waiting. But otherwise good.

Delicious food, barely needed pud! Galato refreshing but strong. Defo go back again, yum!

Beautiful restaurant that used to be a school many years ago. Delicious food and of course good wine in a perfect setting 😋🍷🍸🍺🍹

A lovely meal as usual with pleasant and helpful staff. However, be sure to check your bill – we were a table of five (which was very cramped, by the way) and the bill showed a £12 gratuity added, which is for parties of eight and over! The staff did remove it, but just beware.

Starter was a let down, 4 prawns in a spicy tomato pasata for £6.25 ???

Main course of spaghetti & giant meatballs was delicious.

We were seated in the upper area in Hailsham, an old chapel. Under the eaves with no ventilation made it very uncomfortable for our large party. Air conditioner should be fitted at least. Doubt I'll go again.

Went with four friends on a Friday evening. Service not as good a previously, quite slow; hot pasta meal came out in cold plates; milky coffee barely luke warm - very disappointing

Went to prezzo last night for my mums birthday, ordered drinks and vodka and coke waitress said coke checked twice that she had got the correct drink order to which she snapped YES! Small bottle of coke arrived no vodka! Service poor and felt like we where an inconvenience, rushed through orders when we finally got service! waitresses sat behind the bar eating!! Won't be going back or recommending!

I was very disappointed with my visit last night . It wasn't even busy The service was non existent . The waitress who took out drinks order was quite sharp with us when we were trying to decide how many glasses of Prosecco we wanted . We asked how many glasses we would get from a bottle so we knew roughly how many to order , she said I don't know , when we order two glasses of red wine she didn't ask what red . We had to ask what they had . We sat for an hour half without anyone coming to our table to see if we wanted coffee or more drinks . I won't be rushing back

The prawns in my risotto were just slightly underdone - so not a great review I am afraid. I felt sick as a result. Rather like eating a still slightly slimy snail!

Staff were absolutely awful slow service! Would much rather go to Zizzi of Bell Italia!

So disappointed - recommended Prezzo to a friend as she is Coeliac and struggles with eating out - in the past i have had brilliant service with my own Gluten, wheat & yeast intolerances and was treated with respect and understanding - my friend has said she was so disappointed, she was treated with disdain once she said she was coeliac and the worst, she was also poorly the next day - certainly won't want to be returning anytime soon which is such a shame.

Shocking service , lady took our order with another tables dirty leftovers and plates in her arms , rude , miserable serving staff and one of the workers had a shouting fit at the cook :-( I'd like to say this is the first time we have recieved shocking service but unfortunately not , but it will definately be the last time x

Ordered a pizza without plum tomatos but they decided to remove the tomato sauce as well! Thanks for that!!
