Had a group of 18 as part of my 60th birthday celebration. The waiters were excellent, very attentive and got the large order spot on. The food arrived all together and was piping hot and the wine flowed like water. Thank you Prezzo for making my Birthday celebration one to remember.

Prezzo's I've visited have all been consistently good, food is nice and they have good deals must days. The quality if the food is good and the portions good also. They do have staffing issues I find and you find that you are searching for staff at times.

The service was slow and they forgot to take the voucher discount we mentioned before ordering. My friends hamburger was raw and a substitute had to be brought which was also raw. Not that good really.

Went as part of a group of 16 people for a birthday party. Waited an hour before orders were even taken. They gave me the wrong main order and completely forgot to serve a child's meal to one of the two young children with us, and ended up giving the next prepared adults meal as a result. Not once were any if the group asked if things were ok, and only one drink was served per person throughout the time we were there. 2 people had to complain with a 15 minute interval in between to finally get the bill and leave. No apologies offered by the disgustingly rude staff and managers. Token discount offered as well as being laughingly told "You haven't been charged for service!!" We weren't charged for golden unicorns combing our hair either.....cos they also don't exist!!! Food itself perfectly fine, but the service the worst I have ever experienced. Avoid!!!

We have been going to Prezzo for years, a couple of times a month.

On Saturday I had bought Buyagift for our meal, there was 7 of us, 6 on Buyagift and 1 paying full menu price.

My evening was ruined as staff clearly not happy that we were using a prepaid voucher on a Saturday.

DON’T OFFER SATURDAY BOOKINGS WITH BUYAGIFT IF YOU ARE THEN JUST RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.

So sad as have always had great experiences at Enfield Prezzo in the past 😔

Very poor serv ordered a pizza 🍕 I always thought pizzza was made with tomato 🍅 sauce on the base but o no my pizza came up with no sauce which was sent back 3 times and the Manager tried telling me that pizza 🍕 do not come with tomato 🍅 base plus it came half cooked and just warm ..won’t be going back there again

Unfortunately the service has not improved. The valentines menu is good value but let down by front of house who get drinks orders wrong, try to give diners dirty cutlery, almost throw your dish at you, bring coffees way too early even when you've asked for them to come after desert and then try to charge you for the drinks they got wrong at the start.........if this was a school report it would read......could do better.

It's not very often I complain, however in this instance, I feel I need to rant!

Every Wednesday for the past 2 years my partner and I either visit your Enfield or Buckhurst Hill restaurant, as Wednesday is our 'date night'

Wednesday 18th May, we visited your Enfield branch. We ordered our drinks, starters and main courses.

My glass had a crack in it, which in all honesty I didn't have a problem with. I advised the waitress and she apologised and changed it.

Starters were lovely! As usual. However when my mains came (Chicken Caeser Salad) my salad was flooded with dressing, my croutons were drowned and soggy, and my lettuce leaves were brown.

I went home hungry and had to make dinner.

I loved coming to Prezzo's and feel that after Wednesday's meal, I will not be returning to dine in your restaurant's

I am very disappointed.

One of the worst service ever,the manager of the restaurant instead of helping my party ,she made very unpleasant stay,will never come back there.

The only good point of the stay ,was our lovely waiter who try his best,very disappointed �

Awful service and refused a voucher because the guy had already put through one of the payments from the table. They also refused to take 10 pounds off instead of the voucher and were just plain rude. Such a shame as I always look forward to Prezzos but I'm not in a rush to go back now.
