We had the xmas menu. Food was lovely. Definitely woukd go back again

Had a wonderful meal with my wife celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. Very pleasant staff. Fairly quick service. Loved the food and service we received. Will definitely be going back. Thank you for making our special day great.

Had a great meal there last night for my Mothers Birthday. No hanging around food served with great speed. Will definitely go again.

Visited yesterday for lunch thought it was good value for money set menu good choice ..service a bit slow but they were busy would go again

Poor greeting but great service. We entered to a relatively empty restaurant and the lady in reception on the phone. No acknowledgement was given but another member of staff walked in behind us and when it was clear that we being ignored, they stepped in and showed us to our table. Then along came Olivia and our faith was restored. Olivia was attentive, accommodating and extremely helpful with my vegan needs. An absolute credit to Prezzo. Would have given five stars but the greeting was a let down. Xx

Gone downhill in a hurry since their manager went across the road to the star curry house won't be going back overpriced very average food that takes forever to be served

Been to Prezzo Cheam many times over the years. Tonight there seems to be a cut in staff as only 3 for whole restaurant! Girl is running around which is not a restful environment. Food very average after a very long wait. I ordered a salad and got chips! This restaurant had definitely gone downhill!! Such a shame �

Wasn't great, one if the waitresses was very rude which ruins the whole experience! Food was good value but that's about it.

Really disappointing visit for Mothersday.

The manager actually argued and said that the 90 minutes wait for dinner was because they were busy. YES...it's mothersday but NO it was 3pm and half empty.

Slow service. Lack of refills of Prosecco. Cold tasteless food. starter and mains arrived together.

Sort it out Cheam. Won't be visiting again for some time.

Ordered a starter which was bruchetta with tomatoes and red onions,however when it came I got 2 slices of soggy hovis bread.My wife asked the waiter what is that and he said brown bread.My wife said that it was meant to be bruchetta so he took it away and asked the chef.He came back and said that they had run out of bruchetta so they put 2 slices of hovis bread on the plate.When it came to paying the bill they wanted to charge us for it and we refused to pay for it and they took it of our bill.

Food was poor, my pasta was not cooked fully! staff were miserable they had no card machine so I had to go to an atm after meal. No air con working so was very hot in there. Would never go again!

The worst prezzos we have experienced!! 1 out 9 meals was ok, the waiter/ shift manager was rude, really was not worth it!

Slow service, starters and mains turning up at the same time, cold watery food- the cheam branch is really going downhill and needs to back to basics!

Ridiculous service. 1 hour between starters and mains even for a kids meal. Waiters were blaming kitchen.

Have dinned here many times but has recently gone down hill .

Had an appalling meal there yesterday, the restaurant was a mess, two toilets were blocked, the other had a blocked sink and the last had a broken hand dryer.



The service was dreadful and when questioned, the staff said it was hard as there weren't many of them working. When the food finally came, the pasta was over cooked and soggy, the meatballs were rock hard and tasteless. The plates then sat on the table for 20 minutes before anybody cleared them.



I eat here regularly but the restaurant has good downhill badly.
