Staff are brilliant, food sizes were perfect, outstanding value for money. You have converted us from pizza express customers. I just hope all your chains provide this same awesome quality and service.

On a busy Saturday night, we turned up at 8pm when the restaurant was approximately 95% full. We got a table, first round of drinks, starters, mains and the bill all within an hour! They were absolutely brilliant. All staff were attentive and the food was delicious �

Lovely restaurant interior, good service, very nice food, the Prezzo experience I've had having also been to the ones in Aldeburgh and Woodbridge, Suffolk.

Lovely food. Efficient and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the tables are too close together. We were crammed in one end the restaurant whilst there were empty tables at the other end and we had booked.

Great place to go, good quality food and generous portion sizes, reasonably priced and always had very good, attentive table service from friendly staff. Child friendly too. Only criticism is the noise level, when busy it can be quite noisy in there. But this must be a trait of Prezzo restaurants as I've noticed this in the Redhill and Reigate branches too.

Good if you get the money off vouchers with Tesco and they always have a deal on somewhere. It's clean also advise to book in advance.

Food was very good and tasty all except for the rosemary potatoes which weren't all that good. Service was great especially as they were so busy as it was Mother's Day

The food was good but the service was ridiculously slow!

Nice food but service is so slow. Took 2 kids and waited an hour between starters and mains. Kids were bored and fed up. Bit disappointed 😔

Food was good, but the let down was the very slow service, even when not busy at the start at 630 took at least 10 mins to receive our drinks, starter took ages to clear, we waited along time for mains and then only half the plates were cleared!!! We had to ask for desert menus and flag someone down for the bill... so I've based this review mostly on the service

Waited for 45mins for main after starter .. wasn't even busy and only 2 pizza ordered ..very poor ..

Avoid if your hungry !!!! CRAP service !!!
