fast friendly service the starter and main meal very tasty and the puddings were delicious loved it
We had a lovely dinner here whilst staying in Eastbourne for a couple of days. Excellent service and friendly staff added to the excellent food, which was also really good value, made it the perfect evening for us!
Lovely food great staff and they really looked after the children. Totally recommend it.
Lovely food great staff and service x made for a lovely date night with my husband x
Gorgeous food and quick service! Boyfriend's first time here and he loved it!
Fantastic food and great friendly prompt service perfect for lunch when you only have a limited time, Thankyou Prezzo's
Excellent service of Sandrs inspite she was alone that time , food great as always 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A very enjoyable experience very polite and helpful staff and the food was excellent.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening, with good food and drinks and good service
Very polite friendly waitress, food good, prompt service. We would go here again if in the area.
One of the better Restaurant chains. Seldom disappoints.
Lovely meal , served promptly , waitress very attentive to detail & polite . It was my birthday & the staff brought out a cake my mum had provided . They were kind enough to add candles as mum had forgotten to bring them .
A lovely setting, great menu and thanks to a voucher code....great value
The food was nice but the service was merely adequate. There was a family waiting to be seated with a child who was screaming, climbing over furniture & then playing with plug sockets and a coat stand at the entrance bar. The verbal abuse that was received from her Mother when we dared to discuss it between ourselves was that as the restaurant allowed children & it was the staff who had kept them waiting if we didn't like it we could leave. We almost did as did not see why as also paying customers should we have to put up with children who cannot behave themselves. When I asked 2 members of staff not to be sat next to this family it was simply glossed over. We could still here the screaming where we were eventually sat. While everyone has a right to be in the restaurant surely it would make for a more comfortable environment for everyone to either have a designated family area or a time where it is just adults. I won't be visiting again for a while.
Staff are pleasant enough and decor/ambiance are fine, though service is lackadaisical; Main Courses came out at different times and this was when there were very few other diners.
Whilst the food and drink is generally very good it is seriously over-priced for what it is e. g. Garlic Bread with Mozarrella £5.30 also Treacle Sponge with Custard £5.95!!
I've enjoyed eating at Prezzos on previous occasions, but I feel it's now lost touch with reality.
Nice enough meal but prestigio pizza is the same as classic but in a different shape. The classic was crispier. Staff were friendly.
Food was good. Service was bad, and the restuarant was barely a quarter full. We were offered some tear and share bread with our drinks, which turned out to be some very posh starter which cost a tenner, i felt i was conned a bit there. Ive been to Prezzo before, in Maidstone twice, and they were brilliant, but Eastbourne was not good.
Food was average and staff wasn't very warming when arrived or when we left
I think the service was brilliant, but if you are looking for real Italian food don't bother with chains. The food was average, the portions are miniscule and prices are huge... We only went because we had vouchers to use, but I wouldn't it!!!!
