Had lunch with daughter, granddaughter and great grand-daughter (4 generations). All enjoyed our lunch and the good service we received from the staff.

Had a burned, couldn't-even-cut pizza last year and didn't go back. But in the last month have enjoyed 3 lovely dinners. Burgers are the best and had a nice pizza last night. The only thing I'd add as constructive is - waiting staff need to be more heads up and aware. Example, wasn't offered chilli oil and it took ages to get eye contact with the waiter. Similar, always a problem getting the bill. They're all busy laying out tables and no one looks up to survey the restaurant. But friendly, and there are some amazing offers online. And it's 1 minute from my house!

Great offer on the Ultimate Weekend Menu, very good value for money. The Staff always very friendly and eager to help, giving excellent customer service. We always enjoy our food there. Would highly recommend 😊

Food was delicious as usual! Attentive, polite staff. Clean loos and awesome children’s / tots menu! What more could we ask for! we’ve been so many time now but sad to say last nights was our last visit as we’re moving! Will be sad to not be back 😢

We both enjoyed a delicious three course meal here last night. Our service was very polite and very efficient. Our first visit but not our last!

Great food almost every time. It's a chain so standards pretty much standard stuff. Recommended by me anyway.

Our table was at a side of the stairs which felt like in a corridor. My husband Burger was raw and bloody. Asked the waiter for a new one and got a half eaten Burger recooked and put in a new roll and chips was warm not hot. I think prezzo can do better.

Had supper with my grandchildren I was disappointed in my dish of spaghetti and prawns it only had 3 prawns in the dish The children's meals were much better I have been to this Prezzo lots of times so hoping this meal was a one off

Great service and quality of food. No complaints there but plates were cold so food luke warm immediately.

far too many cobwebs around the wall canvases/pictures. certainly hope the kitchens are clean and in order

Ordered chicken milanese. 1st one was burnt....2nd one served was RAW. Manager wanted to just remove that meal off the order saying the 1st was in fact edible. He came round after I got very shocked at the edible comet and compensated off the bill. Shame he didn't do that in the first place. I mean RAW chicken!!

Well if u like your mains before your starters it's the place for you 😂 Not impressed

Very poor service ! Took my daughter & granddaughters age 9 & 6 for a treat. Table was booked for 6.15 as didn't want a late night. Something simple like a drinks order the waitress got completely wrong! Ask for a jug of water, then had to ask again & again as just kept forgetting !! It took an hour & 10 minutes for food to arrive !! My daughters was the size of a starter, Mine looked & tasted like it had been left on the side for an hour !!

Maybe because I had the voucher kids eat for a pound means you get poor service ......

I would love to rate prezzo in ringwood higher but we never got to eat........apparantly at 5 o'clock on a Sunday evening they were fully booked until 8......and all we could see was a table of four at the front and a group at the back.....disapointed and let down

Given it was a birthday we were not acknowledged after I stated I could not get the free prosecco code despite trying six times on line The waiter shrugged shoulders and stated oh well I can not help Then ignored my mother and the fact it was her birthday!!!!!! Table was half hour late despite booking and then half hour before waiter took order Food arrived chips cold and no one came to check we were ok We asked for bill and left as service was so bad



We ordered steak salad and it was so thin cut



I ordered garlic bread and payed extra for goats cheese Despite the extra charge I found a tiny spec on pizza



Given it was a family occasion and a birthday we are so disappointed
