We must have visited a different restaurant to one in the other reviews.

From being seated to paying the service was just right, exactly how it should be.

The food and wine were both good. Portions were the right size and the staff we attentive so orders were taken in good time.



Place was full for a Thursday evening and had a nice atmosphere.



We even had a takeaway another night of our stay

We had a special of offer on main courses, pizza and a burger which were fantastic and the toddler meal was amazing value. Lovely restaurant, lovely atmosphere- would definitely go again

They hosted our wedding breakfast and hand on heart could not fault them. Service was great (personal and professional) and of course the food was yummy. We got married last year and have been there a few times since and our opinions haven't changed. Great place!

Me and my partner have been here for our Valentine's meal the past two years and have always left really happy. Food is gorgeous and the staff are really friendly. Klaudia served us all night, she was really nice and helpful and because of her I was able to have dessert suitable for me (Vegan).

Lovely atmosphere. Comfortable surroundings with tables to suit large or small groups. Lovely menu. On this occasion I did not eat but had a Coffee seated on a Leather Lounge.

Just as much care and attention was given to me to ensure it was just how I wanted..

The young I would say European girl even checked as I was drinking it that it was ok..

Will go back for an evening meal soon.

Had a lovely weekend in Aldeburgh.. decided to eat at Prezzo... they were very busy but managed to squeeze us in. Service was efficient and prompt. ... food was excellent... Lovely atmosphere... would recommend highly..

we had the Calzone, and at Aldeburgh they have a veggie option, which was wonderful. Enjoyed our meal, and will go again. Much better than Woodbridge (which didn't have same veggie option)

Had lunch in Aldeburgh yesterday. Excellent food - piping hot and full of taste. Restaurant has a nice family atmosphere.

Was given the gluten free menu, but told no gluten free pasta. No apology from anyone, even though means half the meals were not available. Complained, but no one came to apologise, asked to see the manager who didn't deign to arrive.

Aware it was very busy, but a pizza pasta place running out of pasta!

Great location, lovely restaurant and nice food. But on our visit today the service was pretty dreadful, noisy children were allowed to run riot and the staff seemed grumpy and kept dropping things. On paying the bill we commented on the service and we're told our waiter had just been sacked, which would be a good move.

Wish we had gone to the chippie! Slow service and refused seperate bills for me and my friend! If we go again we will book a table each! A loyal customer now made to be unhappy! Thanks Prezzo

We've often been to Prezzo and never been disappointed, until this time! We both had a chicken dish (we usually stick with Pizza), and for whatever reason it really wasn't very nice. We're not complainers (maybe we should be), but sadly it's put us off making a return visit. On the plus side, I had two cocktails and they were lovely!!

Over priced burnt pizza on one side. Table wasn't ready no where to sit. Im disabled & had to stand for 15 minutes. Our table was by the loos & in the middle of the entrance/exit so very busy. Wouldn't visit again.

Just returned from dinner at Prezzo's in Aldeburgh. With 2 family birthdays (9 & 12) in a party of 7, we'd planned (& hoped) for a special evening. We were greeted promptly, menus given on seating and drinks arrived shortly after the order was taken. That, I'm afraid, is all I can say that was good.

Firstly, we asked for a jug of water to accompany our drinks. We had to ask FOUR times for the glasses.

Secondly, the service between courses was VERY slow. And the Restuarant, although my fairly busy, wasn't packed.

Thirdly, 6 out of 7 main courses arrived. We had to ask where the 7th was? We were told it was "on its way" we waited, food getting cold. After 2-3minutes we asked again. And again, were told it would be with us shortly. It arrived 10-15mins later! Which spoiled the dinner. Never an enjoyment to eat your food (so it doesn't go cold) while one waits for theirs.

There was an apology but not a very sincere one (they took off the main course that had been extremely late to arrive) It felt liked we'd inconvenienced them.

Short staffed. I thought the quality of the food was under parr tonight. Really disappointed.

Tried a takeaway whilst on holiday tonight ... We had chips that were cold and the Caesar salad definately had better days ., the tropicano pizza had 5 bits of small pineapple on it and the marguerita pizza actually had bits of chocolate on the base .. The spaghetti and prawn was lovely and it was hot to but unfortunately as it was the only one out of 4 meals that was any good won't be using there service again ..

So where do I start! Outside tables coffee mugs on, we walked in took our drink order and food all going great!! Meal came out then it went down hill! Waiter was laughing behind the bar while tables needed cleaning! We got a bit hot asked to open a window! windows don't open!! Asked them to do something's as we feel uncomfortable!! Turned ac on! Didn't even work till end off meal! My friend threw up her meal as she was so hot! So when they cleared our plates we asked to take it away! They threw it away!!! We had to go up and get dessert menu!! Guess what tables still need clearing around us even one had no one on it yet it hasn't been cleaned!



A could left next to us she was quick to clean it as it had a tip on it!!!



Desserts came I felt uncomfortable had the hot bothered had to get my own water and ice they didn't top up as they was pissing around behind the bar £74:54 spent for a shit serves!!!! We walked outside and the mugs was still put there 2hrs later wtf!!!

Really disappointed. Poor service and food. Nearly 2 hrs with 5&2 year old starters & mains & bill and wasn't busy. Salads were awful quality and quantity for £12. Won't be returning when next come to aldeburgh.
