Very enjoyable meal. Friendly and polite staff. Did not have to wait long for the food.

Made room for 3 even though booked up! Amazing service, helpfull, friendly, nothing to much trouble. Food top class fresh and hot and very prompt no waiting. Love prezzo each one has been brilliant. Would def recommend...😃😃😃😃

Great little place. Very clean and sleek but comfortable interior.

Kids welcome, they actually had a deal that meant the kids 3 course meal was only £1.00 if adults had a main course (check the vouchercloud app). Which we did have and the portions were generous and served piping hot with fresh tasting ingredients. Even the kids portions seemed no different from the adults. Would highly recommend. We went to the Kensington high street one. Which is actually in an wide alley way set back from the high street itself so if you're not careful when driving you could miss it.

Food and service was great. The restaurant is smaller than other Prezzos we've been too. We moved our table slightly to give us a bit more room away from the table behind us. It wouldn't stop us going back. It was very popular. We arrived at 5.45pm, and it soon filled up. Make sure you book due to the limited space.

Excellent, 4 adults and 3 children every one had a great time, the service and food brilliant the staff made sure the children got their food quickly. Thanks for making father's Day.

Beautiful Lasagne and hot bacon and chicken salad. First class Cabernet Sauvignon.

Great service arrived at lunch time and was seated straight away food was quick and plentiful even the child's portions.

Food was pretty good. The restaurant itself is situated in a nice location, tucked away just off the High Street. The interior of the dining area appeared clean and appealing, and a member of staff quickly offered to replace my daughter's calzone ordered from the kids menu, as the one served was rock hard. However, my only criticisms are that the staff waiting tables looked miserable, plus the toilets were a bit whiffy.

Excellent food! Our server left the restaurant towards the end of our meal though and we had to ask another staff member to give us the check.

Service was slow, starter was cold, main was ok but had 2 black long hairs in it when I am blonde and my husband is a baldie! Made me feel a bit sick. Mentioned it to the waitress who didn’t bat an eyelid. Wouldn’t go there again.

Food was good. Pasta was hot. Waitress looked miserable. Spoiled the experience of dining there.



Had to ask for dessert menu. Definitely no effort to impress.

Small restaurant, good pasta, pizza dishes, very very poor that half the menu was unavailable - no meat and fish dishes or salads! Husband not happy. Service good but waitress needed to be more cheerful!!

Extremely small. Waitress didn't check up on how we were enjoying our meal. Knowing that in our local Prezzos, the meal always comes with garnish well been asked if i wanted garnish i said yes as thinking that this Prezzos may serve food differently. Food comes with garnish and salad...Was not prepared to pay for the salad. We were sitting outside until we could smell raw sewage and moved inside only to be asked to sit at a smaller table. The restaurant was not that busy. It felt as though we were a can of sardines...Not too impressed

Really REALLY bad customer service

Food good, customer service appalling. Didn't start well when we walk into the restaurant and a member of staff is sat in the front window eating her lunch - a takeaway in a tupperware dish, with smells emanating from it that did not originate from Italy.



Had to ask twice for parmesan cheese and three times for a spoon for my spaghetti.



10/10 for forward thinking, anticipating they wouldn't get a tip from us they falsified the bill to included it, adding a pound each to the set menu of a tenner.



However nothing but praise for the chef, food was excellent, just need to train your front of staff better.
