We stopped by for Sunday afternoon dinner . Very accommodating, particularly as one of the party is a wheelchair user. Fantastic service, amazing food and will definitely stop by again!

There was a party of 12 food all come out on time and the staff was amazing I would definitely be going back x

It's the first time for me & I was very impressed with the friendly staff, food was delicious & cleanliness was second to none. Would definitely recommend eating there to anyone. Look forward my next visit. Well done. This was on a Friday lunch time.

I have to say its much better than the Prezzo in Bath. Service was excellent in Chippenham and so was the food and cleanliness.

I am gluten and lactose free The young lady serving my husband and I took great care in taking the order. The food was quick and very tasty. It was nice to have a three course meal because many places do not offer an afters if you are both gluten and lactose free. It was no problem for them to swop dairy cheese to goats cheese on anything I ordered. Lovely meal x

Fantastic. Great food, lovely staff. What more could you ask for. I have visited 3 times and each time it was first class.

Excellent service, staff very friendly, my chosen meal was well cooked and delicious so thumbs up all round.

Excellent meal tonite at Prezzo - I had the sea bass which was cooked beautifully. Good value too with the discount vouchers and bottle of Birthday bubbly � thank you Prezzo - we’ll be back! X

As always Prezzo's food and service was excellent. But on this occasion, our waiter (Dan) went above and beyond expectations. When he found out it was our anniversary, he surprised us with a complimentary heart shaped garlic bread. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel very special.

Alice, our waitress made our experience. She served our meal for a birthday celebration and was very polite and attentive. Big up Alice yo�

Nice to see Chippenham moving the correct direction with more a wider variety of eateries available to the community. Lovely interior, friendly service and the food was good too. Service was a little slow and inattentive at times but otherwise a good meal.

I recently went for dinner with a friend and had a wonderful evening. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and polite (I think our waitress was called Alice- she was awesome) only down side was there was no dome pudding. Apart from that. Excellent services

Food was fine, we did have a offer voucher which no explained what we had to do with it or what we could eat. Drinks were very slow in getting to us. Would I go again yes which means the offer has worked as I would go back. But ordering a drink on your main course and getting it as your finishing dessert not great.

Restaurant was nice and spacious. Staff were friendly but food was tasteless.king prawn and spaghetti

Not normally one to complain but the food was horrendous, the veg was half dead and the rest just had no flavour at all. Very Expensive resturant prices for a taste less than fast food (and i dont like fast food !! ). Very disappointed. But the service was quick and the staff very pleasant.

It wasn't a great meal. Server was pleasant enough but having a fair amount of water at the bottom of my spaghetti bolognaise wasn't up to par.

Given the competition in the town, you need to raise your game.

Couldn't cope with a full restaurant. Food was luke warm. We could see the food left on the serving hatch and the bell ignored. My wife had to ask for her main course. Two of the four people sat next to us sent their food back for being cold. Basically, very coordinated service.

The restaurant was busy but not full, arrived at 5.45 and it took a while for someone to take our order.



After 45 minutes a waiter came over and said that my salmon penne was no longer available. Whilst I was deciding what else to order the rest of the food for the table arrived!! Who waits until all of the food is ready to let one person know that they’ll have to re-order?



I then ordered an underwhelming goats cheese and beetroot salad which I proceeded to eat alone as the rest of my family had finished their meals - obviously!! To be honest it was okay tbut here was hardly any goats cheese on the salad - it was okay but pretty tasteless!



There was not much of an apology and no recompense for such a rude mistake - it felt like the whole restaurant was leaderless and lacking in any training on correct customer service.



To make matters worse, when I got home I noticed that I had been charged for the child's drink (apple juice) - which should have been included with the meal.



We also weren’t offered dessert - although, again this should have been included in the child’s meal.



I’m afraid that was our first visit to a Prezzo establishment and our last too - we eat out a lot and I cannot believe the level of customer service - there was none!
