Yummy food. Pasta carbonara cooked to perfection. Salad with the right amount of sauce and rocket leaves and cheese. Great clean place. I am sitting at a Prezzo in Suffolk as I'm writing this. Great job, guys. Keep it up.

When we arrived was seated straight away, the service was so slow, waiting a good 15mins for a drink. Was there a good 2hrs due to the slowness...food amazing though.

The girls where very attentive our starters arrived swiftly as did our mains. We asked for a break before desert but they let us kick back enjoy the river and people watch. Cocktails very good!! Delicious!

My daughter and son in law took me there last night for a last minute dinner . Two bottles of wine and a great pizza served by possibly the sexiest Italian waiter I've met . Why didn't I have the courage to leave you my number ?!

Lovely meal with Buyagift voucher. After booking through buyagift I still told the waitress that we were using a buyagift voucher so she could bring us the correct menu. Very helpful staff and great value for money.

Lovely staff, lovely food and fantastic for me as I am gluten free and they offer a good range of gluten free meals.

We visit here alot and usually have excellent service. However yesterday's visit left me very disappointed. I had received an email offering a free bottle of proscecco as it was my birthday. The waiter (David) was extremely rude and refused to believe I had a code. My request to speak to the manager was ignored instead he continued to gossip with another member of staff and left myself and my 3 friends waiting 15 minutes before the whole situation was sorted out. The toilets were in a disgusting mess and we mentioned this but the waiter just replied OK and did nothing. I'm thoroughly let down by my experience at Prezzo. This was my favourite place to come for birthdays and other special occasions. The food is always very good and I cannot fault it. But the staff really need lessons in customer service!

The £10.50 week end deal was good, food was good but Chipatta bread was cold & hard to cut & too many cherry tomatoes.

Pizza was ok ish but not much Chicken.

Background music was load & too modern & lively for the age group of customers but could not be changed.

Entrance door was banging and needed the door closure adjusting.

Other than that, service was good & smiling staff.

Not very good service. Average food, expensive drinks.

Not particularly impressed. Average quality food at best and not particularly impressed at being asked to pay, twice, by different waiting staff!! Wasn't asked once if the meal was satisfactory. Won't be going again.

No taste on main meal of chicken and mushrooms. Staff couldn't be bothered to tend to our table, very glum!

I regularly visit prezzo's but I probably won't come back here,service was very slow,not enough staff,one staff member very rude,toilets were a disgrace but food was delicious as usual.

Would have liked to have given it no stars but the food was actually quite nice. What spoiled it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Complained to the manager who was munching away behind the counter instead of looking after customers. She was downright rude and refused to do anything to rectify the experience we had had just muttered sorry it got a bit busy! Not good enough Prezzo. Won't be back.

We was there yesterday at lunch time and waited for 10 min before someone has noticed that we are waiting, I’ve ordered risotto with mushrooms and I’ve got mushy risotto 😩absolutely disappointed 😞

Very disappointed. Tried to get a table on Thursday about 3.30 pm. Was told they could not accommodate 2 people until 7pm without the waitress checking the book or looking at table availability.Very apparent they had a busy day and really didn’t want any more customers!

Last week we entered the Cambridge branch for the first, and last time. What an outrageous service. My food was cold and tasteless I informed the duty manager Victoria and she simply came over spoke down to me and walked off mid conversation with me. I work in hospitality and it was disgusting behaviour from a duty manager. I will never be returning!

It pains me to only give one star, but the poor quality of food on my last visit is all it deserves, I couldn't even see the Salmon, there was no chilli or any veg, very unhelpful staff that basically said we have changed the dish, to be honest I think you get more in a Tesco microwave meal! Really disappointed

I have never had to wait to be seated for over 30 minutes despite a table having been booked. The manager avoided eye contact with us most of the time as she was unable to provide the service we booked. Disgusting. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We won't be returning. No wonder we were told to avoid this place.
