We had an 18th Birthday celebration at Prezzo, Reading and were treated extremely well by the staff - great service, great meal and great time. Special mention must be made of Angelico, Andreea and Erica who looked after us so well.

Very good meal, excellent service, especially the waiter who served us, who came from Malaga. My dessert was a a bit long in being prepared, although they were busy, so the waiter game me a free lattee. We 3 meet up all over the country just for a meal, and we would certainly go there again. Worthy every penny.

Took my 11 year old for the first time using a 40% off mains voucher as a post cinema treat. Excellent service and he enjoyed his huge pizza. I had the Pepperoni Calzone. The dough was thin and delicious. I usually come with adult friends in the evening. It was a lovely way to spend time with my youngest in a grown up restaurant.

They sat 7 of us without a booking, served us with lovely food and made us feel very welcome.

The customer service was great and the food was excellent. We would definitely come back again.

Prezzo is my favourite place to eat bar none!! I absolutely love their pasta dishes and their dessert is sublime, I recommend anybody who is a lover of good food and a good atmpsphere.

Fabulous! Visited whilst on day out in Reading, had voucher for my birthday, my friend and I had a wonderful time. Great pasta dishes, bubbly and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Will def return on our next trip!

We used a voucher so went there for the first time. Food very good , shame about our waitress as she didn't crack a smile once and very abrupt. Another member of stuff by the name of Angelo ( I think ) made up for it..

Only reason it's not 5 stars is the service let it down. Food great and good choice.

Nice starter and main. Drinks can be a bit pricey but always sign up for the voucher discounts - there are loads of them. Can't remember the last time I paid full price there!

Food was lovely as always but really disappointed with the service received. There was a large group of rather drunk ladies sat next to us who decided it was a good idea to sing Christmas carols at the top of their voices, so loud that myself and my husband couldn't even hear each other talking, upon speaking to a member of staff her response was 'well its Saturday night, i can't exactly ask them to shut up', i then asked if she could politely ask them to keep the singing down to which her response was 'no' we then asked for our bill as we had no apology or offer to move tables even. Another member of staff came over and i asked for head office address in order to make a complaint and was told the only way to make a complaint was via trip adviser. The food in this restaurant is really good just disappointed that the front of house staff have such a bad attitude against anyone complaining. Oh and to top it all off someone walked in off the street and decided to be sick all over the floor by our table�

Food great as always. Service continues to leave a lot to be desired - sour & grumpy waitress, forgot some dishes, didn't tell us things were unavailable, and were funny about using a voucher towards the bill even though we fulfilled T&C. And this is our 4th similar experience...

Service was quick,although lacked a smile. Disappointing lasagne which lacked any meat, mostly sauce.

Really poor Service.We were waiting to be seated while the staff chatted amongst them selfs waited for 10 -15 min for a drink.The lady that served us did not smile once and was so rude that I felt intimidated.MAy I add that there where only three tables being occupied.



I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a restaurant so much so I took my daughter across the road for dessert.

Cannot fault the good it was lovely however I would say that the staff were not great. A few feet away from us were a family with 2 very young children who made so much noise that you could not have a relaxing lunch in a calm atmosphere. The staff did nothing - not even to go to the parents and asking them politely to keep the children quiet. In fact the parents were goading the children to be louder. My wife wears hearing aids and she had to remove them as the loudness was causing her so much pain. I did speak within ear shot of the staff and stated that it was terrible that this could go on but they did nothing! Not going to be going back in a very long while and it would be good if the restaurant / Prezzo management read this and respond with at least an apology

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Food is average. Staff are so rude! The manager when approached had such an attitude. His response to me - 'I don't give a shit'. Well I think you will give a shit when a nice complaint letter goes to your head office!! Do not waste your money here. You'd be better off in mcdonalds
