We have visited about 30 times in the last 6 or 7 years. Never once had a bad meal or service. The service is second to none. Credit to all the staff. Its always top of our list to go to.

Extremely busy but the staff were fantastic, food was quick to come out and piping hot. And really well cooked (sea bass had a lovely crispy skin!)

The best meal I've had in a "chain restaurant" in years.

As always very good service, but such a same they have taken off the Italian share platter, it was a real good starter to share. On the plus side the staff all very friendly and the food of very good quality and real tasty, prezzos is a lovely place to eat and even better if it's a sunny warm evening so we can sit outside, and I do love using my Tesco vouchers to help towards the food.

Had an early evening meal wasn't to busy so service was good. Our food was very good and the deserts yummy. Would definitely go back couldn't fault it. The staff were also very pleasant

Went for a meal here with work. I'd pre ordered a pizza which was Ham, mushroom and olives. When it arrived it didn't have olives but had chicken. Told the waitress it shouldn't have chicken but should have olives. They took it back and as we were seated next to the serving hatch I saw the chefs surrounding my pizza picking off the chicken!! The waitress told me they wasn't but when the pizza came back it had chicken still on there. Don't lie to customers!!

The food was really good, but they had an 'off-night' with their service. After we had our starters it took nearly 40min before they served our mains. And even then not all was as requested! Same again with the arrival of dessert. Let's hope it was just a bad night for them.

The food was good. The menu varied and appealing. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the toilets. You can usually judge the cleanliness of a kitchen by the cleanliness of the toilet facilities, let's hope the kitchen is MUCH cleaner . This is the first Prezzo I have visited where the cleanliness has been sub standard

Myself and 5 friends went to Prezzo for our friends birthday, we have been many times and both the food and service have always been good. On this visit the food was not the best and there were long delays for our food. The service was very poor with the waitresses leaning over you to pass plates of hot food across the table rather than serving people from the side . My friend had received a e- mail from Prezzo to inform her that as it was her birthday she was entitled to a free bottle of prosecco. When she asked the waitress about this she was informed that she had to order £25 worth of food herself to receive this. We asked to speak to the manager - we explained that as a group we had spent about £160 so why could our friend not be given a bottle of prosecco as per there e-mail? The manager again repeated what the waitress had said previously but added that you have to drink the bottle of prosecco in there premises . So prezzo aren't actually giving you a "free" bottle of prosecco for your birthday you actually have to pay £25 for it and even then you are not allowed to leave with it !!! Overall not an enjoyable evening with very poor service .

Me and my friend visited Prezzo's this afternoon, Both of us have never had any problems with anything at Prezzos but today the staff was rude and ignorant, the food was nice. Shame the staff let the down...

Even though quite empty shown to table right by toilet door. Food was ok but side salad was not as fresh as it could have been. Lettuce was browning on the cut edges and peppers where beginning to wrinkle. Otherwise ok.

Customer service was good and the food was OK but I tried to give a discount code that they said that I couldn't use on a Friday or Saturday which I was a bit miffed about. The kids food is well priced but I think the rest is very overpriced for average food.

Prezzo; if Tesco was an 'italian' restaurant. All the glasses were badly water marked; buy some rinse aid. Waited over an hour for our mains to arrive; 3 pizzas and spaghetti & meatballs !?! Why the delay we asked. The 'chef' burnt the original pizzas. 2 stars is me being generous. Very underwhelming.

Very disappointed yesterday with Prezzo, we waited nearly an hour between our starter and my husband asking if they had forgotten our main course. The manager spoke to us as we were leaving and apologised saying that the restaurant was very busy!!! So Bloody Manage It. is that not what a manager does, she just made a bad situation worse by her stupid excuse. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

The whole place felt very dirty they got the order wrong for my wife who is coeliac then when they got it right it was stone cold I regularly visit Ely and Peterborough outlets which are always 100% very disappointed with the experience will not be coming back.

The meal was awful, I had calamari and also king prawns in pomodoro sauce. The calamari was shameful and shouldn't be called calamari as it was dried up and lacking in any flavour. They were like treats we give our cat although even he would have turned his nose up at these. The king prawns, were two small prawns hiding in a red sauce. The sauce I believe came from a jar on offer from Tescos. Really bad. My wife commented that the food was so bad she felt it was frozen and heated on order. The staff were rude and laughed at me. AVOID.

Starter very nice. Main not so much my TreGusti pizza arrived promptly but unfortunately it was shortlived I managed to eat about 1/3 of it before finding a chicken bone (around an inch big) in it. Lucky for me I found it before swallowing or this could be a slightly different story. The waitress asked if every thing was ok. We told her of this bone, she said sorry and disappeared. Dessert ok. Ask for the bill and they expected me to pay full price for my pizza ( no offer was made for even a small discount for the issue). I brought it to the attention of the manager who spoke to the waitress and took it off the bill ( the waitress tried to play it down to him lucky for us we can see her doing so) i can assure any one planning to go that I will not be returning again.

Service was poor, all the girls do is stand around and chat!! Lazy! Do naff all to make people feel welcome. Food no better ,seemed like it was just thrown on the plate, that might be because the chef spent a lot of time chatting to the so called front of house staff!!! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, what a waste of money!! Kings Lynn prezzo,you need to wake up and work before you have no customers left,not that there were many there today!

My sons meal who's 4 was charged for a older child's meal when it's obvious he wasn't over 6, was charged a service charge of £15 was was later wiped as my mum refused to pay it (you can do this by the way you are not obliged to pay it check your receipt) waiter service was crap to AVOID
