We've been many times over the last few years for both family does as well as just the two of us. Always enjoyed the service, great food and great service :-)

Was amazed at how lovely the food was, and staff were great, helpful, friendly for a chain restaurant, so glad we tried prezzo out of town.. We will be coming back.. �

Visited on 2nd August very busy, but staff were attentive and very friendly. Food was superb the whole table commented on how tasty it was. Great offers on, will definitely be returning.

Very busy tonight but got great good and service from some wonderful and friendly staff so glad we ignored out 3 more local prezzos and tried this one

Had the beef and rocket pizza had to be the best pizza I have ever had followed by the salted caramel artic cake desert which was to die for

Had a lovely evening catching up with a friend. I ordered anmain course but requested it be changed slightly to avoid some ingredients I did not want - it was served exactly as I requested and tasted delicious. The staff were great to

Great service. The most delicious food I've had in a long time with a good vegetarian choice. I'm used to getting the same old vegetarian options in restaurants but Prezzo has really thought about it and given us veggies something interesting.

Excellent service for a chain, consistent long standing staff, and food always spot on with timing and quality. Always friendly and accommodating. Always busy everyday, which says a lot!

We have dined at Prezzo many times before and have enjoyed our meal and service, however, we will never use Vouchers again giving offers of a glass and a main meal etc as it was very poor. The service was poor as a table of 5, and a table for 2 who came in after we were seated, were served before myself and my wife. I think this was probably due to us showing the £10 head voucher and they were paying full price. The starter was good, but the main was not of the usual standard. If the offers are to get more people in please treat them the same as other customers. I think Zizzi are leaving you behind at the moment.

Very poor service today, had to chase the drinks order twice, children's pizza was burnt and came out after the adults meals, and the guy serving our table obviously didn't want to be there! Certainly would not rush back!

Too expensive. A very long wait for our food. Food was average and they tried to add on a 20 pound service charge. Even though it was poor service

My wife and daughter had a chicken, bacon and avocado salad. The bacon wasn't bacon and there wasn't much chicken. What there was was chewy. I had a pizza which was quite nice. The staff were friendly but one woman insisted on trying to clear my table while I'm eating. I don't appreciate an arm in front of my face collecting an empty bottle without even an excuse me while I'm halfway through my food. Nice place with a good atmosphere but they need to revisit the basics.

The waitress took ages to take our order. The order was wrong for one of us. The waiter was very rude. The correct meal came and it was a plate of mushroom liquid. The water never came for the table. Pretty poor really!

Terrible service and terrible food, I have eaten in Buckingham Prezzo many time the last 3 times the service has been appalling. Rudeness from waiting staff and mistakes every time. This time the food was in edible a runny watery sauce on the chicken which was made quickly as the order was incorrect the first time!! Sort it out Prezzo you used to be good!

Prezzo Buckhurst Hill. We booked a table for 5 for a special occasion. Did not expect it to be the table in reception by the bar in the walkway. Oh it was our fault for not specifying that we didn't want this table. Erm. Never been here before. Coming as we were told it was good. Not the case. Rude staff. Then waited 30 mins for another table. Gave up and went to Frankie and Bennies which was fantastic. Will not be going to any Prezzo again if this is the standard of their customer service and staff training.

Bad service, children’s order was wrong, very slow and food was cold. Very noisy due to a party of seemingly unsupervised children and as we were in a corner we appeared to have been forgotten despite being a party of 8! We spent a lot and certainly it was not value for our money, won’t be going again any time soon. It’s a shame as we have been loyal customers prior to this.

Absolutely awful service waited for over 40 minutes to order- 40 mins for food no desert offered to us and had to cancel deserts because we waited for 45 minutes to get some cheesecake... one main manager was nice but the others were awful.
