Whatβs not to love about PKPrep? The food is bang on and you can mix and match so many variations it never gets boring, the guys are brilliant and go out of their way, always wanting to know if it was good enough or how they can improve.
I get my lunches from them and for not much more than the price of a crappy Boots Meal Deal you get something healthy, filling and convenient and you donβt end up snacking on rubbish
Todayβs meal was chicken BBQ with sweet potato and Mediterranean veg. This is my misterβs favourite so far. Absolutely loves the flavours. I had mine with spicy rice and it was awesome
Popped my Primal cherry this morning with the Pancakes. OMG οΏ½ best brekki ever! Full up and satisfied. Along with the Mocha to wash it down with... defo recommend anyone to get down to Primal Kitchen...
Ordered 20meals as working away. No complaints and best prep company Iβve used by far and Iβve used a fair few. Chicken wasnβt dry like other places and will be ordering every time Iβm away οΏ½

Just had protein pancakes with berries, omg! Absolutely loved them! 3 Thick pancakes taste as good as the smell, will definitely be having them again. Next time with Nutella οΏ½ not had a bad meal yet, highly recommended.
Iβve just started eating these meals in prep for my Flab2Lean course. I have tried 3 or 4 this week and they are lovely! Iβm not a cook and I certainly donβt enjoy cooking so this takes out all the stress of it! My partner Darren does the ordering and collecting but he says itβs dead easy.
Into my 3rd set of meals now and can honestly say not had one bad meal,everything from ordering to collecting is so easy, meals are tasty and portion size is just enough,the specials are spot on too, keeps me on track knowing my meals are all prepped,keep it up guys,οΏ½οΏ½
I initially started using primal kitchen just at weekends, because Iβm sure like many other people, I managed to eat clean Monday to Friday. But the weekends became somewhat of a Dorito and Nutella fest!
I made the decision this week to be fed full time by these guys as I feel their food quality is great and their customer service is outstanding. Keep up the good work ππβ€οΈβ€οΈ
I have ordered meal prep with these guys for a while now and itβs safe to say, you cannot get any better if you do it yourself. The food is of the best quality and taste, and itβs affordable! When you collect, you are always met with a friendly face and warm welcome.

I collected my first order yesterday and all I can say is wow! Food looks so appetising and tastes as beautiful as it looks. I will definitely be ordering regularly from you - easy to count the calories and macros of each meal too. Service was also fabulous when I came to collect.
Honestly canβt recommend these guys enough!! Iβm the worlds fussiest eater but Iβve loved everything Iβve had and canβt believe how much you get! Placed my second order and forgot to pick it up and they couldnβt have been anymore helpful in helping me! οΏ½
Had the prawn stir fry tonight.. demolished in minutes!! These guys make life so much easier with food prep.. Iβm not a great cook so thinking of what to make gets a bit stressful plus I get bored of having chicken all the time so this is great in helping to stick to the diet and enjoying the food at the same time. Canβt wait for my peri peri chicken on Friday οΏ½
Had the chicken and chorizo paella last night it was absolutely amazing full of flavour, very well presented and portion wasn't skimped on either.
Customer service was spot on the team went out of their way to help. My work schedule can be pretty hectic and it's not easy to get tasty healthy food in Hfx usually leaving me with a high street box salad, the guys squeezed my order in to ensure I got a decent well balanced meal to see me through my long evening
I will definitely be ordering on a regular basis.

Delicious!!! First visit to the cafe in Halifax, on the recommendation of Joanne Patchett who has nothing but nice things to say about these guys! Got take away pancakes and a mocha frappe. Tasted better than expected and will definitely be looking into ordering food in larger amounts from the meal prep. I think this is going to be a great thing for the people of Halifax :)
Delicious nutella pancakes and smoothie. Definitely my new brunch spot. Well Done guys
