Good service! Had a problem once with a dodgy part (turned out not to be Primo’s fault in the slightest), brought the bike back in and the lads sorted it all out for free within an hour. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Do not expect politeness. We waited 10 minutes to be attended by someone only to receive a very rude attitude. News for them: it’s possible to say you can’t help in a polite way.

If you want a decent bike shop in Cambridge there is only one place to look. Great for knowledgeable advice and their bike fit service is world class.

Cool shop, got some work done on my Cervélo and it's running like new! The bike fit looks good here but I'm yet to try.

I recently bought a bike and accessories here. They meticulously measured me to work out the frame size and fitting, and went out of their way to order a bike in and work out ways to meet my extra (and quite annoying) needs. They kept me in touch every step of the way via email, which was great, and they were always really friendly in store. Their love of cycling and genuine desire to get you the best set-up shines through. To top it off, I fell off the brand new bike and quite badly damaged it within the first week, and they cheerfully fixed it up for free. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Always give good, honest advice and very helpful; the only place I go to for anything bicycle related!

First of all, I wonder if "A Google User" that gave this place five stars 11 times (ELEVEN TIMES all of them within a few days, about five years ago), might somehow be affiliated to the business.

It looks a little suspicious to say the least, or maybe Primo Cycles has just lost it's appeal during the past five years?

Whichever it is, when I went in a few weeks ago, their customer service was terrible. I'd describe it somewhere between unhelpful and patronizing or maybe even condescending.

Before buying there anyone should consider that they do not have a return policy. They give you a voucher instead.

This is causing a slightly ironic situation, since I vowed to myself to never shop there again.

Great range of products and super professional service. Got me up and rolling again with a new inner and tyres after some poor luck on a charity ride. Walked in off the street, 20mins later, back on the road. Even lined the tyre logos up with the valve stem ;) top notch!
