We had a meal before the concert. The bar and waitress staff were all really pleasant and friendly, which is nice to see.

Venue great for a small gig like we saw with a couple of kids.

User

We always enjoy 'The Princess Experience'....we've been coming to music events for years now....apart from Paul (not a lot) Daniels, who was just brilliant!

The venue is superb for watching bands, not too small or too big, just perfect.

The staff are courteous & friendly & on the ball.

Our only gripe is that, we feel, not as many bands are coming down to the Princess....but there may be a very good reason for this.

We thoroughly enjoyed From The Jam last night, an excellent evening, thank you.

User

Thank you and the staff for looking after us all celebrating my wife's birthday, the food and service was first class, also I enjoyed the Black Rock jazz band

User

Most Friday evenings between May and October the restaurant holds a jazz evening which is well attended and very enjoyable. Bar and good food available as well.

User

Loved Saint Agnes & Reef super amazing, staff really friendly & great crowd (apart from the woman who , after waiting quite a time at bar , on entering the gig room elbowed them straight out my hands then bxtched cause her jeans got wet, NOO apology grrrrrrrrrr ) .

Fab start to December!! Great venue.

User

Love going to concerts here. They cater so well for people with disabilities, staff are very helpful and friendly and a good choice of shows. Will definitely be back :)

User

Just had our daughters wedding reception and evening do at the Pavilion it was fantastic. The staff were wonderful, couldn't be more helpful and made the place look amazing. The whole day was perfect, lovely food and great service can't recommend highly enough x

User

It's just a great local venue . The bar is good food is good and it's quality at the right price. I hope it will continue under its new company Better . Because it's improvement while Tempus leisure run it was fantastic . Long may we have this fantastic venue in our town!

User

I love Princess Pavilion and the bands they have there. When they are not tribute bands as we prefer the real thing. Loved Martha Reeves and the Vandellas last night, a legend.

Also love the gardens and a cup of tea in the cafe or a wine and a meal sometimes. Great since the new building and facilities. Have also done a plant photography course there a couple of years ago. So different from a few years ago.

User

User

Great venue for the Ward Thomas gig last night! We have been to see various people perform over the years and the Pavilion is always really lovely. With a standing gig, it does get hot, could do with air con, but otherwise is great

User

Great little venue and location. The guy (Tom?) on the ticket desk was really helpful when I had problems with my tickets for The Celtic Sound System band. Look forward to coming again.

User

Came for a peaceful drink Saturday after the carnival, children found other children to play with it was a lovely hour chilling, great friendly helpful staff x

User

An amazing venue. Small car park but we just managed to get in. The bar was good and the food was excellent for the price. They must have a proper chef there. Very friendly and efficient staff and security personnel. The concert itself was wonderful and so was the meet & greet afterwards. All in all, a great time was had by all!!

User

Clean, and kept that way for the most part during the 2015 Beer Festival. The bathroom closure they had couldn't have come at a worse type of event but - can't control mechanical failures.

Polite, friendly staff and well tended grounds.

I had a wonderful time and endorse the venue wholeheartedly.

User

Very disappointed.

1) Tickets purchased in May for Tina Turner tribute on 01/07/18. Tickets arrived with another person’s tickets for a different event attached; name, address, end of card number clearly displayed. When questioned via email, the stance was ‘we don’t share our customer’s details’. On this occasion, they definitely did

2) Due to moving house, the tickets were mislaid. This was noticed on 30/06/18, and we attempted to contact the pavilions by phone, from their opening and closing time shown on the website - no response. The next day (day of event), we tried calling repeatedly and left voice mails - still no reply.

Got in car and drove to Falmouth to request duplicates or purchase more if necessary. Sat at reception for 30 minutes while nobody even walked past. Husband asked at the bar and was told ‘don’t think any reception staff have been around today’. Lighting technician said if we have our confirmation there should be no problem. Before adding ‘I’m only a locum light tech though, don’t hold me to it’.

NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER TO MY VOICEMAIL, AND NO ANSWER WHEN CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN - a very stressful day trying to confirm that my dad would be able to attend the event on his birthday.

3) The ‘tribute’ was shocking. Simply awful. Far too many people on strange, a terrible attempt at an American accent from a singer who at best, was mediocre. The evening was that bad, that we left at the interval as did many others.

£20 per ticket, for something that would not have sounded out of place in a seedy pub or terrible karaoke bar
