Priority Home Care Dorset is a domiciliary care agency with an office located in Ferndown. We provide the highest possible standard of care through the employment of professional care staff, and providing them with industry leading training. We are looking for like minded people to joy our fun and exciting family run business.

There are many advantages to working with us -
- Excellent pay rates. We are a recognised provider of care to East Dorset Council that provides us with fees that we can pass to our staff. We can either pay by each call you do or pay you hourly, whichever is best for you. Care worker rates from £8.11 to £10.49 depending on when you work and your experience. We review all our rates annually.
- Accumulated holiday pay. Every hour you work builds up your holiday reserve ready for that well deserved vacation.
- Career development. We have never outsourced for leading roles within Priority Home Care. Each member of staff has the freedom to progress as far as they wish. Some staff have worked with us for years and are very happy being care assistants. Other members of staff have have completed their NVQ's and are now care co-ordinators with a plan to become assistant managers. The sky really is the limit!
- Free training - We believe that a well trained employee is a happy employee. Training ensures you have the confidence and knowledge to undertake any task set. With an ever changing industry we keep you as up to date as you need. We also provide an exclusive induction training program that even the most experienced care assistants will find informative.
