Our coaches possess a wealth of experience in youth and professional training methods and are able to draw upon many years of experience gained through working and visiting many top clubs and coaches throughout the world. With a unique training syllabus that is designed to create players with superior technical, physical, creative, tactical, and mental attributes to succeed at the highest level.
Pro-Academy has a unique link towards West
Ham United. We have a West Ham United Academy /Development Centre Coach and any players regarded to be a very high standard will be recommended to Jim Hampsheir at West Ham United Academy.

UNDER 14 PRO-ACADEMY PLAYER JOINS SOUTHEND: A big congratulations to Sam Brogan who has signed a 2-year contract at Southend United. Sam has been with Pro-Academy for seven years and his commitment, desire and attitude was never in doubt. Always asking questions and wanting to improve. It just goes to show that you don't always have to sign for a club at age nine, as in my opinion you can develop just as much by playing at grassroots level, with a pressure free environment and with a huge smile on your face as Sam always does.
