Fitness sessions for you and your dog to enjoy together. Keeping your dog fit and healthy is important to us too! Staying active with the right amount of exercise for your dog depending on their own capabilities, health and wellbeing can really make a difference to their quality of life, behaviour and create a special bond with your furry friend. Various dog sports are available for all levels, for you and your dog. We can introduce you to Cani Cross, running with your dog, bikejoring and dog scootering.
1-1 personal sessions are available week day evenings or early mornings Saturday or Sunday. Group sessions for all levels from beginners, intermediates or for the more competitive are organised in various locations in Sussex, come and have a go all dogs are welcome.
We have kit available for you to try on your first session and can advise & fit you and your dog with harnesses, running belts and lines.

Our classes, groups and one to one sessions are organised and ran by our instructor Gary Moxon. Gary competed in the Cani Cross European Championships 2012 with the UK team.
