Pro-Event Medical Ltd provides comprehensive event Medical cover across the country.
We staff your event with highly qualified Paramedics, Nurses, and First Aiders. And supply infrastructure such as treatment centres, vehicles and communication systems.
We provide event advice and guidance around your roles and responsibilities as an event organiser and what this means for you in real terms.
On your behalf we form strong links with local authorities and NHS Ambulance Authorities to work towards a smooth and transparent SAG process.
You have probably worked in the events industry for some time, and worked with Private Ambulance Services as your Medical provider. Does it sound familiar that you are sent a few staff on an ambulance who don’t really engage with you or your customers nor understand the event they are looking after?
Pro-Event Medical is not a Private Ambulance Service. We are event specialists and we know that a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not work. Phew! One event turned into three this weekend. We have teams at Canterbury Food & Drink Festival 2018, SOS Bus, Norwich and an Ear to the Ground event at Wembley Stadium.

Our teams arrived back from Farr Festival this week. Our priority is looking after the guests but also reducing impact upon the NHS resources. We use a 24/7 multidisciplinary team to avoid numerous 999 calls and hospital admissions by treating on site and sign-posting patients to a specific care pathway if required.
Moving on to this weekend we have teams at Tower Fitness Corporate Boxing, SOS Bus, Norwich, Wild Woods Day

We arrived back from El Dorado Festival after providing a team 24/7 over the show days and 7 build/break days. We saw 182 patients and prevented approximately 20 attendances to A&E/Walk in centres.
This weekend we have another team looking after Farr Festival. It will be our sixth year looking after this show.

We have arrived back from Detonate Festival. We saw approximately 75 patients in 11 hours, reduced conveyance need to only 2 cases for ongoing care. #eventprofs

Had the pleasure of working at the Boom Bap festival with the Ollie and his team and they were amazing. I work alongside alot of different medical teams in my role as Crowd Safety supervisor for Multisec uk and would rank Pro-event at No1. Their knowledge, expertise, professionalism and personalities really set them aside from the rest. I would highly recommend Pro-event Medical and look forward to working with them again in the future.
As a eca myself I attended detonate festival 2018 as a member of the public I watch these guys who attended many patients and handled the pressure with ease I was very impressed with there attitude and professional approach.
