The decks are 12mm in thickness and come pre drilled for easy install, all CNC cut with routed edges making installation a pleasure, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. They fit to existing mounts with very slight modification needed to the front bumper and subframe.
The splitter supports are also CNC manufactured using top grade Billet Alluminium, high quality teflon lined rose joints with stainless steel bolts for a corrosion free future.

Thought this was worth a share, with all the Supercharger conversion queries and inbox messages.
Below is a comment made on the previous post by Callum Hyde, owner of a Rotrex'd Clio 200.

... Callum - So there's a lot of people i see that are after videos, graphs, experience etc etc.
Some may know, some may not know, but i had a 200 which i supercharged. It was on around 60k miles when i had it charged. It was a RST kit which they had developed and installed to another car to which i then bought the kit when that car was put up for sale. I had Engine Dynamics fit it all to my car for me.
SC conversion is pretty simple really so Mitch's kit is not going to be much different to what was on my car. I ran it for about 8 months, done around 5 track days, several nights out and reliability was not a problem. One day when it was 30 degrees it did get hot after 15 strong minutes chasing one of my mates but one slow lap cooled it back down. It was not my daily so can't comment on daily driving, however, when i did take it to work it didnt just drink my money, it ate my wallet .... By no means are they cheap to run SC'd but i think the smile made up for it!
There's a few things i would advise to consider; ARP rod bolts, oil catch can (if one doesn't come with the kit) Mitch can supply these, and a LSD. I never bought a diff because of money at the time.
My car made 297bhp and 233ftlb and to me it was definitely enough for a Clio. I mean its still wasnt the fastest car on the road which everybody would like but i still managed to keep on the arse end of a few cars, C63, 135i, Golf R to name a few.

..RENAULT SPORT CLIO 197/200 SUPERCHARGER CONVERSION KITS!!
... These kits have been in the pipeline for some time and with LOTS of R&D later.....We are pleased to finally release these kits to market.
The conversion will supply up to 300bhp on a completely stock, unopened engine (at circa 10psi with spec depending) .Everything is included bar mapping (at this stage).

Have had Mike, from Woodford Motorsports Westfield in recently for a fuel system.
Mike chose to go with the BMRS ProGold range of awesomeness with the black and gold combo, mated with the Polyester hose is a winning combination!
The polyester has been transitioned to stainless braided hose for the underside of this little beast for a tad more protection from road debris, pre and post filters supplied along with an adjustable fuel lab reg, all stock items here at Pro-Line!
... Looking forward to a blast in the 200+bhp, 500ish kg rocket!

Mega busy last week or so into the new year, no time for our own things!
Did however manage to get the now completed AP Brake kit fitted this evening, floating disk on a 343mm x 32mm AP disk, Pro5000r caliper on custom bells and brackets..massive thanks to BG Developments for sorting once again, spot on! This kit can now be purchased from us!!
Splitters are also on target to be ready for sale next week, so keep reporting back for updates on those!
