We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work in our Wymondham based office to support with day to day operations for an expanding Career Consultancy. Working within a small, local team, looking after internal systems and administration as well as a UK wide field base of Career Consultants.
The role will include handing enquiries by telephone and email, processing orders using CRM, progress chasing and communicating with... a worldwide client base and supporting the Team Manager with recruitment and team communications. You will have a strong background in administration, be familiar with CRM systems, possess a professional approach to customer service and a confident telephone manner.
