Come celebrate 4 and a half years of Girls Night at the pumpcage! £6 entry.
There will be a food van, a sick raffle, a special guest DJ, prizes for anyone in fancy dress and beginners skateboard coaching available for anyone who's new to skateboarding.
... We'll have our female coaching staff out in full force so expect to see Connie Gascoyne, Zoe Tyler, Cath Shanks, Monica Sagar, Kizzy Yuill and Evie-Rose Holden.
As always equipment is provided and all ramp disciplines are welcome.
There's no need to buy tickets or book in advance it's just an open session.
This is a trans friendly event.

projekts Mcr in my opinion is the best skatepark in Manchester, everybody who comes and works here is very friendly. The skatepark itself is sick, there are two blocks, a wooden park and a concrete park. The coaching here is Amazing, it helps you so much if your a beginner. overall it is sick

great place all people coming togeather having fun and great skills my son lives there its that good can not keep him away great staff and great people . and great cafe amazing ...

Went for girls skateboarding night and loved it! The vibes was great, everyone was so friendly and the price is so good, had a brew and good time! Would definitely recommend

Took my little boy (4) and girl (7) to a party here yesterday. They were both a little nervous and unsure of skateboarding, as neither had done it before. Connie was so friendly and put them both at ease instantly....and before I knew it had them both whizzing round!! We'll definitely be back soon I was really impressed with the place and staff.

Took my 7 year old for his first attempt on a skateboard here yesterday and he loved it. Had a great coaching session and he has come away full of confidence and eager to return one day. Great park and brilliant staff

This is a fantastic place for all kids. .young or old,boys & girls.

Am a foster carer and today my young visitor has his first EVER experience of a skate park. A safe,fun,none intimidating enviroment.

With awesome people and really good latte's too.

It's a must to visit.

Some off the ramps where a bit wet coz of the rain but mostly all dry. What do you expect from a park under a fly over.

Staff where all friendly and help full. Good range of stuff to ride grind and roll. Well worth a visit and reasonably priced.

Projekts MCR Skatepark was epic! I haven't skated since uni, so was slightly rusty to start but really got into it thanks to help from fellow skater girls including the coach � I'll definitely be a regular here. Tis great fun! �

Our son Harrison who is 9 thinks projekts is the best place ever and we agree as there is nowhere else like it! We took him to try out the beginner sessions and he loved it that much we take him as much as we can now as it’s such a friendly place to be. The staff and coaches are fantastic with the kids teaching them new skills and are great praising them making them proud of themselves. You can grab a coffee in the cafe and stand back and watch ( best place for me) brilliant place glad we found out about it.

My boys love it here, lots or great ramps and great when it's raining as is under the flyover. Slightly difficult to get to as it the wrong way up a one-way street but the website is clear so definitely plan your journey before going. Staff are. Wet helpful and friendly, there is an easy atmosphere so we all enjoy it.

It was amazing not being the only lady in the skatepark! Every single lady gave me a confidence boost! I skated the fastest I've ever skated! I felt the most confident I've ever felt at a skate park! The concrete was super smooth! I met new people! I had enough courage to go back to dropping in after hurting my knees really badly a few months ago! All in all, it was amazing! Thank you :)

In terms of the ratio of fun to cost you're not going to get better than this anywhere I don't think. Parents, if you are taking your kids, go on too. It's a good chance to have a laugh with your kids, much better than just sitting at the side. It doesn't matter if you're rubbish.

I'm so impressed with all the staff at the park. All the coaches have been incredible, both in their teaching and knowing when to stand back and let the kiddos get in and try things. An absolute gem of a place.

Had an AMAZING Birthday party for our daughter yesterday! Thank you so much to all the staff - coolest people in the world � we had children from 6 months to 8 years old and it was amazingly suited for all of them in terms of space, equipment & friendliness! Our nephews love coming here normally, an enclosed, safe & friendly environment for all ages. We will definitely be bringing our daughter here more now she's nearly 3!! Hope everyone enjoyed the cake we left, it was all organic, made with coconut sugar & beetroot! XxX

Great vibe, superb coaching team - with a really tight community spirit. Both my kids love Projekts - it's become a 2nd home when they visit MCR. Keep up the excellent work.

Fantastic holiday club. My son had a brilliant 3 hours. I left him there (he's nearly 10) but with lots of freedom (no-one was watching their every move) I had to trust him to stay there until I returned for him and not decide to go off anywhere else. He's desperate to go again next week and I'm happy to oblige!
