My partner and myself have been using pronta for a while. It has been our go to takeaway store. We however did experience an order one time that we didnt feel that was up to its usual high standards but after bringing this to pronta’s attention, they took my concern and dealt with it accordingly. Thank you for the great customer service.

Don’t know how I’ve only recently discovered pronta pizza but I’m obsessed! Always arrive really quickly and the food is red hot. Bolognese pizza is the best I’ve ever had!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Been getting my pizzas from here for a while, and have never been disappointed. The bonus points when you order from the website are the icing on the cake, has saved me a small fortune.

Best pizza place in cramlington. Dough is perfect, not too dry or greasy like many others. Chicken is lovely too. Very friendly staff and delivery drivers too. Ordered quite a few times now. Love the meal deals too. Very good value.

Very greasy, and chewy! After a slice and a half it's in the bin, waste of £16. Should of went to papa johns!

Pizzas were very very greasy. Cookies were burnt and had a hair in one of them! Brown to be exact! Left the lot of it. Waste of 20 odd quid.
