Yet again another fantastic meal at Pronto. Had a little hiccup with our order but were very quick to sort it out. Staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. The fillet steak was to die for. Definitely recommend. 5 stars!

We celebrated my husbands Birthday here and once again they did not disappoint. Food was lovely and came on time and staff were attentative. Will definately be back as we've never had a bad meal. 10 out of 10 guys!

Visited on a Tuesday night with father and girlfriend. Anti-pasti starter was very well presented and surprisingly, it included smoked salmon along with the usual meats, cheeses and olives. For the main, I opted for Pollo Fungi - chicken breast cooked in a mushroom sauce which was thick and tasty.



Will definitely be visiting again!

Just had a wonderful meal. Mulitiple specials or deals to chose from but a really well priced menu even at full price.



Had good old potato skins for starters and these were the crunchiest skins ever! Practicall zero oil on the plate (less that a tiny drip) and cooked to perfection.



Pizza was amazing. Thin crispy proper base, totally mishapen, not smothered in tomato sauce and perfect amount of topping.



Highly recommended

I m hearing all the rumors for pronto and went with my brother to eat today.. We started with two latte coffees... First time here in northumberland i found real latte. We didnt took starters. We took 2 fillets medium rare witch was perfectly cooked... The staff was kind and warm it was really buzy but we served on time... Recomended...

I love this place the serving and kitchen staff are always very friendly

And the food is amazing!

I've been a couple of times now and will definitely be back again

Ate here with family and friends on saturday evening, they were busy. We had a little wait for starters which is normal considering how many people were in, all 8 of us enjoyed our starters. 6 had steaks all which were amazing, its a long time since we have all been somewhere and everyone loved their food, I had seabass on a crab spaghetti with king prawns, fantastic !!! The service was excellant. Having just moved back from many years abroad we have struggled to find somewhere to eat that suits us all and provides good service and excellant food, but Pronto you did that well done !!! Look forward to seeing you all again soon

After living in Greece for 15 years I have finally found my new home for when I’m craving greek food. The food was unreal and the fact you have real greek pitta gives 5 stars in itself!! We will see you again soon!! Thanks

I've been to Pronto's quite a few times & always had good service & lovely meals. However last night was very disappointing. After ordering our meal ( none of us had a starter)we waited nearly 1 hour for it to be served. My meal was fine but the others weren't. We sent the calzone back as the pastry was so hard my grandson couldn't cut it. Both chicken kievs were bland & very dry also the breadcrumb casing was rock hard. The kleftiko was just ok. That's the 1st time my daughter & son in law have been & sadly i don't think they'll be back.

Took about an hour between starter and main but I did think it didn’t matter if food nice. Have eaten here before and was fine, this time the medium fond steak was like black peace of rubber, the chicken in breadcrumbs like a large overdone chicken nugget and another chicken dish black on outside... it wasn’t cheap and I didn’t bother complaining as it took so long to get served but won’t return

Just been here for a family meal..wont be going back..this is the 2nd time in to weeks,we've had poor food from here..has it been took over,it was always nice place to eat..

Based on my experience only : me and my partner ordered the traditional steak ( comes onion rings , tomato , chips ) . When we ordered we asked for peppercorn sauce on the side so we could dip and pour on to our food . Our food came out , steak on the plate on its own and chips , I asked about the onion rings to be told that the peppered steak did not come with onion rings , you have to pay extra for them . When I fact the menus states traditional steak comes with the extras .The fact I asked for it on the side and I paid for a meal I didn't get was shocking . Some one should of made us aware about this !

Went last night asked for starter with the mains starters came out after about 20 mins and they said your main won't be long waiting over a hour for it and then it wasn't cooked chicken was still raw... disgrace this place rotten never go back!!!!

Used to come here all the time and had no problems....went for Xmas dinner however and it ruined my day: messed up the starters, raw veg, charcoal roasties, burnt soufflés, too long between courses and they messed up the bill...was in no way worth the £45 that was being charged for the meal and I won't be going back
