Our mission statement reflects our commitment to high customer satisfaction through delivery of high quality professional service with the highest integrity at the forefront of what we do.

The company is set to lift the level of service currently available in the Estate Agency and Property Management business in Nigeria to a higher international standard while complying fully with all local laws and regulations affecting these business areas.

We aim to completely demystify the business of buying and selling, renting or managing land, houses, flats, offices, estates and factories by clearly explaining in simple English or the local language of our clients what the legal requirements are for any particular type of transaction.

To achieve our aims and objectives, Propertied-Class Company Limited currently provides services in three locations only: Abuja FCT, and Lagos, Nigeria; and Greater London in the United Kingdom.
