Lovely setting to choose your bridal gown, a very relaxed atmosphere with super staff.I just want to say a massive thank you to the girls, especially Clare for making me feel so special. When I chose my bridal dress, the staff were so attentive and gave me lots of great advice about the different styles of dresses available and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was given numerous dresses to try on until I found my perfect one. My family and I found the whole experience exciting and emotional. Thank you ladies, you work so hard and really care about your clients. I would highly recommend paying Proposals a visit if you are looking for a wedding dress. They have such a great choice of dresses and are very professional and knowledgable in their approach.

I’m due to get married in July and have left it very late to buy a dress due to being pregnant! I found searching for a dress to be a chore and was about to just go with one I had tried in a different store but at the last minute I booked in proposals. The staff are fantastic and talked me into trying more on and encouraged me to get the feeling! And well that I did ladies when you find the dress you know I was in tears - the dress is fantastic and I finally had that excited feeling! I bought the dress and left the store feeling great they could not do enough for me! I also ordered my daughters bridesmaid dress which is just like her mummy’s � it! I would recommend this store and staff as 5* plus! And the prices are very reasonable too! Thank you so much! Roll on June when I get to try my dress on again being hopefully 2 stone lighter � xx

I was a little dubious about finding my dress at Proposals because I’d heard bad reviews...but after going further afield a few times to other bridal boutiques and shops I still hadn’t found “the one” so thought I had nothing to lose. I’m so glad I did go!!

Stacey was absolutely brilliant, she stayed open late to accommodate for me and my mum, she was so patient and honest and she made me feel so comfortable, she wasn’t pushy and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Stacey listened to what I did and didn’t want and the first dress I tried on was “the one!”

I can’t wait to continue my dress journey with Stacey and the other girls in the shop, I’m so excited and thankful I’ve found my dress! ��

I joined my daughter at Proposals for an evening appointment with Stacey. We had been to several other bridal shops about of town & I wasn’t really expecting us to find ‘the’ dress. Within the first 5 minutes we felt comfortable & valued; Stacey was very friendly, honest & listened to what Katy wanted for her day. Nothing was too much trouble. The first of the 6 dresses Katy tried on was the one she chose. It is a beautiful dress & she will make a stunning bride. I didn’t imagine that this dress would even be stocked in Grimsby. By the end of the appointment we both felt that we had made a new friend & I can’t wait for the fitting appointments before the wedding! I absolutely loved the experience & I would certainly make this boutique my first choice for a wedding dress! Thank you Stacey for making the appointment so special for Katy & I.

I bought my dress for the Miss Great Grimsby finals from Proposals and you just cannot fault the staff nor the quality and design of the dress. The staff were beyond helpful in helping me choose my dress and Agnetta fitted it to perfection. The dress is absolutely stunning and the quality is impeccable. I have never seen another dress like it in that colour, it's stunning. Thank you so much ladies for making me feel like a princess. Brilliant service and lovely ladies. I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from here and they all looked beautiful. I wish I could wear my dress all over again!! The team were very helpful when one of my bridesmaids became pregnant and helped make alterations to her dress so it was perfect for her on the day too! Thanks again! X

Booked an appointment for last Saturday and I would like to say what a pleasure it was. Stacey assisted my daughter in trying on dresses and could not have been more helpful. There was no pressure to buy and although Stacey knew we were to have a look at other shops she continued to show my daughter the dresses. We did look elsewhere but my daughter loved a dress she had tried on here so we went back. It was 15 minutes till they closed but offered for my daughter to try the dress on again the be sure. After going round quiet a few bridal boutiques and store I was feeling very deflated that no where had my dream dress, I had a vision in my head of what I wanted my dress to be like and I was adamant that's what I wanted. A very helpful lady here listen to what it was exactly I wanted and then began helping me achieve this! She took a dress that had the makings of what I wanted.... we took this dress apart and brought it back to its core (removed sparkly straps, material from bust and a lot of sparkly detailing on the front) we then attached the most beautiful high neck, long sleeved lace jacket with with beautiful buttons down the back and finished it off by attaching a simple classic belt. And my gorgeous dress was created! I literally can't thank these wonderful ladies enough for helping me create my dream dress, still to this day I have not found a shop bought dress that even comes close to what I wanted! Thankyou I would highly recommend this beautiful bridal shop! X

After going in today, I would not recommend. The owner appeared rude, and to be honest like she didn't want our custom. I felt like I needed to get out. Although the young girl that tried to help was lovely, we again didn't feel like we were given any advice or help and felt that we weren't welcome. We wanted something sorting today and were told to just look on the website. Needless to say we took out custom elsewhere, and bride and grooms found us exactly what we wanted and very helpful. 10 suits booked and ordered with them instead
