ONLINE ASSESSMENTS
Our assessment services range from the immediacy of psychometric testing online through to assessment and development centres. As the first UK test publisher to introduce online testing in 1999, PCL has been at the forefront of online psychometric testing for over a decade. PCL has established numerous successful and long-term relationships with other test publishers such as Hogan Assessment Systems and Multi-Health Systems (MHS) and provides online assessments to a range of local, national and international clients.

For more experienced practitioners who already hold BPS qualifications, we can train you to use a range of psychometric tools including the highly acclaimed Hogan Personality Instruments and the emotional intelligence measure the BarOn EQ-i 2. 0® and EQ360®.

We also offer a wide range of workshops including interviewing skills, Hogan refresher and masterclass courses and training in the Risk-Type Compass®.
