The Psychological Therapies Unit

Located in Rodney Street, the heart of Liverpool's medical consulting district, the Psychological Therapies Unit is a privately owned organisation delivering effective treatment for a wide range of psychological conditions. We mainly use an approach called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to treat such problems as depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, in fact the whole range of emotionally based problems.

As well as dealing with members of the public we provide a service for the court and legal process by providing psychological assessments for defendants and post-sentence therapies. We take referrals from any source, including private patients.
