Group psychotherapy weekends in Devon with Sandy Jay provide a safe place for people to look at areas of their lives. Some people come to simply take time out to reflect & re-connect with others & themselves. Others come to explore more specific and difficult issues.
The group benefits from the rich mix of focused exercises, psychodrama /action techniques & exploration of the group dynamics as they evolve. Trust is very important on these weekends enabling the group to work at a powerful level. My role is to facilitate the group to work at a pace comfortable to all.
The group is open to experienced therapists and trainees as well as people who have done some personal work on themselves.
Outside the group times we have time to get to know each other, have some fun and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings… weather permitting!
The group is a closed group, meaning new members can’t join until a place becomes available. There are 10 places available on each weekend.
