Public Programmes Team Description

The Public Programmes team is a not-for-profit, financially independent agency sitting within the Central Manchester NHS Foundation Trust (CMFT) in partnership with the University of Manchester.

Our aim is simply to involve and engage people from all walks of life in biomedical and health-related research.

Our strategic focus areas:

Prioritising equality and diversity within our contributors, audiences and approaches
Experimenting with arts-led approaches; innovating across engagement and involvement
Delivering gold standard evaluation and research informing a continuous cycle of innovation and improvement in our practice
Building capacity for engagement and involvement within researchers and public contributors.
