We teach 7 days a week across two lovely venues - Birch Farm in Hintlesham and Stratton Hall in Levington. Please email for details to suffolk@puddleducks.com. Classes available for ages 0-4 years

Our lovely Aqua Natal classes take place on Thursdays at 6pm in Levington. A great way to exercise and relax when pregnant and make friends along the way :)

"We've been swimming with Sam on a Thursday since my daughter was 12 weeks old and in that time, I've seen Peggy's strength and confidence in the water increase enormously - something I credit entirely to Sam. She tailors every lesson perfectly to... suit the needs of not only the babies, but also the parents in the class. She builds up such a natural rapport with everyone and has put us at ease from the very first time we climbed into the pool with her. Her bubbly, supportive and approachable nature makes her a pleasure to be with and Peggy is totally calm around her - she deserves an award for that alone!! We’ve been swimming since my little boy was 7 weeks, he loved the bath but was unsure about swimming for a few months. Now at 10 months he is a complete loon in the water and so so confident! I recommend puddle ducks to everyone! Thank you Claire for being an amazing teacher x

Puddle Ducks swimming lessons have been absolutely fabulous and my son and I have both loved them from the very beginning. The sessions are fun, well paced and build on and reinforce prior learning through variety of activities each week. The progress he has made in his swimming skills is wonderful to see and his gain in confidence over the course of his swimming time is a credit to his teacher and equally lovely to watch.

Puddle Ducks is fantastic, Claire teaches water confidence from an early age and Harvey has had so much fun learning lots of skills from his lessons. Thoroughly enjoyable for both parent and child.

I'm writing this after getting absolutely soaked bathing Harvey as he had so much fun splashing and shouting "STOP" with his hands in the air, it really melted our hearts.

Poppy has been having lessons since she was a tiny baby, and a year and half later she still loves it. She has so much water confidence it's amazing! Truly a great place to bond with your little ones!

My little lady Molly has been a puddle duck since she was just 8 weeks old and has loved every second of her lessons over the past nearly two years. It has been such an amazing opportunity to bond and have fun together whilst teaching her vital skills to keep her safe in the water. She is such a happy and confident little girl in the water now and I owe that to Claire who has been an incredible teacher from day one, always kind, encouraging and supportive. Thank you ever so much for everything so far and we cannot wait to continue our swimming lessons with puddle ducks suffolk for years to come.

My daughter has been swimming at puddle ducks in Levington for nearly 2 years now. (She has just tired 4) and I can not say enough positive things about the lessons!!! At the age of 4 she can now swim a length (unaided) on both her back and front which is just incredible!!! Not only her ability to swim, but they have taught her such important lifesaving skills, and her confidence is just incredible! And most importantly to me, she has absolutely loved her lessons!!!!!

I'm now so pleased that work commitments has meant my youngest is now able to start his lessons too!!!!

My daughter and I absolutely love this class! Venue is great Sports Direct Colchester - Claire is a brilliant instructor offering advice and information about the techniques and activities used keeping us parents feeling confident as well as the bubbas! Each week I see my daughter getting more and more confident in the water smiling and laughing and leaning new skills I highly recommend and I will be keeping up the swimming classes each term! Roll on next term! Xxx �

Me and my 5 month old love Puddle Ducks, we look forward to it each week, it's very special bonding time and I'm amazed how much she now loves the water.

At first I had my reservations about the cost, but I can honestly say it is worth every penny as we both get so much out of the lessons.

Will definitely recommend.

Love the class I take with my 6month old at sports direct. Claire is such a wonderful teacher, the classes are fun and friendly and my baby is swimming better than my two year old. I can't believe how much they can learn so young!

I've been to 4 different swimming schools and Puddeducks is by far the best. The lessons are fun without being frantic, and all the different exercises are aimed at developing important swimming and safety skills. All the instructors are lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I love puddle ducks, my LO has always enjoyed the water. I took him to a local council run pool for 10 lessons and felt that it wasn't what I was after, so I moved to puddle ducks. The teaching staff (Beth) is amazing and my LO loves to see her. And in only 6 lessons he did his first inderpentent swim with a woggle. I can't thank them enough for the amount of confidence they have given my LO in the water.

I look forward to swimming every week. Not only is my 20 week old becoming more confident in the water, so am I! Fun, educational and the team are so friendly and helpful! I never thought I'd enjoy swimming!

I highly recommend Puddle Ducks my little boy loves it he has learnt so much in a short space of time and is so confident in the water he has had swimming lessons elsewhere before and they were not a patch on puddle ducks!

I have been taking George swimming with Becky from Puddle ducks for the last 2 years, since he was 5 months old. He absolutely loves his classes & really looks forward to them each week. He has come on leaps & bounds lately & today managed to cowboy ride for a full length of the pool! It is thanks to Becky how confident he is in the water, wouldn't hesitate in recommending puddle ducks!

I can't recommend Puddle Ducks enough! I myself am not the most confident in water so I wanted to get my daughter started early (6 months old). We have so much fun, she smiles the whole time and it's amazing to watch her progress every week. Definitely one of our highlights every week x

Had a brilliant first term with Puddle Ducks, not sure who enjoyed it more; me or my baby girl! We done so many more fun activities than I expected and to see my baby learn and be part of the process has been so special. Claire and Beth are fantastic instructors their support and knowledge has given me confidence to try things both in the classes and when practicing on our own at weekends. Hettie is so relaxed during the lessons but alert and engaged watching the other babies too. And to top it off she always has a lovely long sleep afterwards. We are booked on for next term, can't wait. X

Emma has been swimming with Puddleducks for the last 2 years since she was 3 months. Under the guidance, patience and encouragement of Claire, and the other teachers in her catch up lessons, Emma has become confident in the water. The lessons are great fun for both of us but at the same time teach Emma to be safe in the water. I cannot recommend these lessons enough, we love them.

Both my girls are really enjoying their lessons, can't believe how confident they both are in the water. Its priceless daddy and lily time and mummy and daisy time too. Thank u claire and beth, you are great xx
