Went to the St george's shop in Telford for my first vape and Chris sorted me out and was a great help and couldn't do enough for me and great advice

We were helped by Rob in Wolverhampton, fantastic friendly energy! He was so helpful and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend anyone looking for quality products and service! Best experience I've had in a vape shop thus far ���

We have used all 3 shops Wellington Madeley but Rachael at St George's is lovely and its closer to where we live. All staff in all shops are very approachable and pleasant. Wont go anywhere else now

Today 08/02/18 i walked into the St Georges shop & was greeted by Chris, was extremely helpful with what i wanted,was happy to answer any question that he was asked, i walked away with a new piece of kit & a free juice.

I went in to the store in Madeley today to get some liquid for my old vape pen. I came out with a new vape and a smile! I used to sell these with a different company and had high expectations and they were met! Lewis was an absolute stunner! So charming and respectful of my choices especially now that I want to stop smoking. I felt like I was talking to a friend more than a sales assistant but he was obviously very professional. Please inform him of my review as I will be going back :) Also I love my new vape! ��

I use the shop in Wellington all the time. Very impressed with the helpful, friendly staff and the range of liquids and equipment they stock. �

I can’t find a page for the St George’s store bit went in today with a problem with a tank I had purchased a few weeks before.... after trying to fix the issue they replaced with a new tank.



Excellent customer service, very pleased and will spread the good word.

Have been vaping now since August last year....started of with pen style vape and recently moved into a penguin....all with the help support and guidance of the amazing Alice and Aaron! Now I'm a regular visitor to the shop and always have fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

First time purchasing from the shop in st George's Telford were I purchased a new vaping kit and liquid, customer service from Racheal from start to end was excellent, she was very helpful and willing to help and service with a smile 10/10 excellent Thankyou.

Completely new to vaping and honestly had no clue what to even ask for! Walked into the Stourbridge store and was aided by Rob whom did an amazing job and showing me all the different types. I was given all the information I needed and more in order to make a decision for certain to see if I wanted to make the switch! Brilliant shop, very warm and welcoming and again Rob was absolutely amazing, I will definatly go back in the future once I need some more fluids or coils. Happy vaping people and seriously if you haven't yet, make the switch!

Brought a starter kit from chapel ash, Shaun has demonstrated how to use the vape pen in great detail and set the vape pen up for me. Brilliant customer service! Highly recommend!
