This is the cake that i will be raffling throughout March to raise money for the ward i work on. Tickets are 50p each or £2 a strip.
This cake would retail at £65
... It's a very moist chocolate cake layered with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream. Coated with a rich chocolate mirror glaze with fondant flowers, leaves and butterflies.

Well, through March of 2017 'til April, I will be selling raffle tickets to raise money for the ward i work on, this hopefully will raise enough money to kit out the rehab kitchen ( which is much needed). If any one works for Leeds and York PFT, feel free to buy a strip for £1
