Super fast delivery. Ordered it two days before xmas and it arrived on the 29th. Very well made and well packaged! Minutes to assemble. Had no issues with the lock pins. Felt very sturdy. Can't wait to put it into good use!

It's definitely a great concept and product.

Mine had pins for the floor support too, which means they take their customers feedback seriously. Only think I would change is the logo is just a sticker as previously mentioned in other reviews would be nice if it was engraved or something like that. Otherwise no complaints here great product and great customer service would definitely recommend it.

I couldn’t believe how super easy the #pullupmate is to assemble. The options are endless. Having my own equipment will help me to achieve my goals even sooner.

I can’t say enough about this tool! I love the portability, the easy assembly and the fact that I can set it up in my living room or take it to the park to work out! I highly recommend it!

Great product! Especially if you are into bodyweight training and want something you can use anytime, anywhere and be able to store it somewhere that takes up little space when not in use. One opinion i would like to make is that i find the diameter of the pull up bar a little thick. This might affect people with shorter fingers. However, you can still get the job done.

Paint is taken off, but it doesn't bother me too much. Fixation pins cannot be installed smoothly sometimes. It will be better if the base is installed with fixation pins too.



Still, it's a good stuff for me to do some training.

Love my pull up home gym everything in two bags . The only one thing wrong is that it has no guidance of the different exercise . But still love it ÔŅĹ

I got mine last month and it took about 12 days to arrived here in Malaysia. Everything works just fine so far and i am satisfied for what i paid for. However there is one thing that i think could been better that is the pull up mate logo would be a lot cooler if the logo is a painting instead of sticker because sticker would go off easily when exposed to moisture, sweating etc. Overall, thumbs up!

I found the product to be excellent build quality and certainly feel like I have got my monies worth. I few niggles. 1. Protective packaging between the different frame parts could be better as it arrived with paint already taken off due to friction in transit I assume. 2. Bought the storage bags. It would have been nice that each frame section had a separate sleeve to cut down on and more paint being taken off over time. 3. Would have been nice to have had a workout guide or a web link for only customers to see and get training. Overall though, really quite happy nonetheless.

I decided to purchase the pull up mate two months ago, and overall I do not regret it due to the workout possibilities and commodity it creates.



However, in my opinion, there is a major issue with the grip. The bars have no foam or cover whatsoever, so you place your hands in the metal that the bars are made of. The metal is already fairly slippery, then add a bit of sweat from hands, and it becomes very hard to maintain a solid grip, which undermines many exercises such as pull ups, chin ups, knee/leg raises, and so on.



As a result, I find myself not doing as many reps as I could, not due to lack of strength, but simply because my hands slip and I'm unable to maintain position. This has been a major setback for me, and I am looking for a solution to compensate this, although I couldn't find a lasting one yet.

So, I suggest to bear in mind for future developments the addition of a foam or any type of sticky material in the pull bar, at least in the most frequent positions (edges and center).



Also, the "portable" is questionable. Carrying around 19 kg on one shoulder in a huge bag can be quite the challenge.

Great product for the money. It arrived 9 days after order (uk->germany) . Absolutly ok. Stabilty is what you can expect from a mobile product.

One issue : the rubber parts smell really bad.

We got the pull up mate in great condition and tried to build it but noticed there where no pins/screws in the box to keep the poles secure. My Fianc√© was so excited to get this early Christmas prezzie only to see he cant use it. ÔŅĹ

I ordered it off Amazon and got it delivered to the Netherlands.

Was not easy to construct the holes don’t quite align. The base also does not secure to the rest so when moving it about it’s not ideal. When left static it’s good but for moving it about not as good as the slightly misleading videos

Very handy tool and perfect for multiple exercices and muscle groups.

But a shame that it is far too wobbly!

This makes it almost impossible to do an explosive muscle up, because the whole base even wobbles along. I am 85kg, so my weight shouldn't be a problem. The bars for dipping are also to wide apart, which makes it more difiicult to focus on triceps during dipping.

Nice concept, but still a long road to perfection, especially stabilization wise.

Took quite long after ordering until it was shipped (12 days). Overall, the quality is ok, but as someone stated before, the connetions of the base shold be secured somehow, too.

Am I the only one whose Pull up Mate smells like a cold woodfire? Even after roughly a month it didn't get better.

This product has a really good concept and they are so close to an incredible design. However I do agree with a review I read on trust pilot.



Firstly the red feet need some way to fix to the black bars so they don’t fall out every time it’s moved although I have fixed this with bungees and is only mildly irritating.



Secondly, and this is where the design could be improved. Where the red poles meet the black base there is far too much movement. This in my particular one causes at least 3 inches of movement at the top just by pressing the pull up bar gently. This means it feels like a lot of movement when using it although I am convinced that it’ll never break. If the poles were sized different I’m sure this would cause less of a problem. Also the holes for the clips don’t line up with the red poles meaning the poles have to be lifted about 5mm which would suggest that all the weight is going through the safety pins initially.



Overall it’s a good product and it’ll suit my needs for now and it’s so handy that it can be packed away.

Ordered on the 4/4/2018 and received first item on 4/16/2018 to GA in USA. Just checked status on my second item that was ordered with the first one and they just shipped it yesterday (4/16/2018). How do I order 2 items at the same time and they are not sent out at the same time? So negative review as far as shipping goes. Contacted for status of my order last week and was told they had not processed it and would process at the end of the week.



As for the Pull-up Bar, it arrived in box with each of the pieces wrapped in plastic. However there were KNICKS and SCRATCHES and CHIPS in varous pieces of the item. When you spend $400 on the pull-up bar and parallel bars, you expect everything to be in perfect condition. The insides of the tubes that make up the pull-up bar are NOT painted or coated and the yellowing powder of RUST can be seen when looking inside. This can be wiped away, but you would think they would coat the inside of the product to ensure a long usage life. I would say that QUALIT CONTROL needs to be inproved for sure and coating needs to be done inside. If you left this outside or in the rain for a period of time it would rust for sure inside. And in humid environments even inside a garage it would only be a matter of time for rust to set in.



Pullup Bar: As far as STABILITY goes there is a wobble like others say in their reviews, BUT only when not in use. When in use the bar is FIRM and there is NO WOBBLE at all. The same goes for using it in a laying down position, no wobble. It is heavy duty and easy to assemble. All of the pieces connect and are held in place with a secure pin. The bag that comes with the product seems well made and is not too large.



Overall I am satisfied, but for the price quality should be better regarding the paint and each piece should be coated inside with an anti rust material and or paint of some sort. Extra pins should also be included as you are only provided with the exact number needed. Shipping also needs to improve, or the speed and consistency in which orders are processed does. Communication also needs to improve as no one is answering Facebook messages and responses to website communications are delayed.



Edit: Just received the parallel bars today, and they were scuffed just like the pull-up bar. Which I was willing to deal with. My problem with the parallel bars is that the bottom red supports at the bottom are not secured to the rest of the set up. There are no pin holes to hold them in place. So as soon as you move or pickup the parallel bars to move them the supports fall out. Inconsistent in that this is secured by pins on the pull-up bars, but not the parallel bars. Pretty annoying.



Rating changed from 4 to 2, based on quality control, lack of pin supports on parallel bars, and order processing time. For the price none of these problems should exist or have happened.
