Morning all, Pulse will be closed this week (apart from bookings already made) Open again 830 Tues the 13th of November, and very much looking forward to our first Christmas with you :)

What a friendly place to eat! Loved it and the food. Recommended 🌱💚

Truly scrumptious. Loved every bite. We had a pasta dish, a rice dish and a Buddha bowl! Highly recommended.

So good to have a Vegan Restaurant in Ventnor, This has already been well documented and is being highly praised but we loved it, great variety and something to tempt you even if you're not a staunch Vegan yet. Congratulations and look forward to our next meal with you

Great 'gurt' lush breakfast. The owner is laid back, friendly and welcoming. A really lovely experience. Good food and nothing is too much trouble, very accommodating. We really appreciate the fact that there's a fully vegan place to eat so no worrying about ingredients. Will visit again next time we arrive on the Island.

Great vegan food in the first - & only vegan restaurant on the Island!! Made a special visit today & had creamy mushroom pasta followed by ice cream with strawberry & rhubarb coulis for afters - & after a bit of shopping, a return visit for lemon drizzle carrot cake & coffee!! :-) All delicious, cheerfully served - despite being quite busy - & reasonably priced!! :-) Should've taken photos - but was too busy getting it eaten!! :-) Highly recommended :-) <3

A chance find for me as I was out on a bike ride with my brother. Great little place, great food, will certainly be calling in again without a doubt! Thank you Pulse ��

Yummy evening meal here last night. Excellent service. The only comment I have is that it would have been nice to have a poppadom or chapati with the curry and maybe a slice of garlic bread with the spaghetti. It would feel like better value for money.

Well, my friend and I checked the opening times for lunch on the website and decided to make a special trip to Ventnor to try out this new vegan venue today. As we drove past we could see the open door and someone inside so it looked promising and we hurried to park the car and walk back.



Imagine our disappointment then when reaching the restaurant at around 1.30 we were told they were closed - an hour before the advertised time! Technical hitches I can appreciate but no reason was given other than "we decided to close early", followed by a cheery "we'll be opening again at 6 o'clock tonight".



Unfortunately, we hadn't paid for parking for that length of time and didn't want to wait 5 hours to eat!



I'd have liked to have supported this fledgling business, especially in the current climate of growing interest in all things vegan, but if those running the business can't exert themselves to remain open during their advertised hours I don't think I'll be attempting a return visit.



Sorry Pulse, you could have had two long term loyal customers. But not after today's experience.
