We’ve had a tonne of big jobs in the workshop in the last couple of weeks.
One of the more interesting and unique jobs was this Focus ST Diesel in for our lightweight flywheel, along with a Quaife differential, a first as far as we’re aware for any ST diesel!
This car is already running our X-37 280bhp capable Hybrid Turbo along with the Maxd Out mapping but with the new solid flywheel in place we can now turn the boost and torque up to around 580nm!
... The petrol and diesel ST Focus suffer from torque steer and excessive wheel spin which becomes more apparent the more you tune them, however this isn’t an issue with this particular car as the Quaife diff puts all 580nm and 280bhp to the road with no fuss, even when the roads are damp and it’s not far above freezing outside.
This Diesel ST is certainly not one to be messed with and would embarrass a huge amount of hot hatches, including a stock petrol ST250, whilst maintaining decent fuel economy!

These engines (sold on an exchange basis) all come with the uprated block mod shims and are fully balanced. The blocks also come with a choice of Wossner Forged Pistons, PEC H or I Beam Forged Rods (400whp or 550whp capable)
We also have a choice of ported cylinder heads to go with the blocks if required, with minor or major porting carried out.

A Few Laps around Cadwell Park in the New Fiesta ST equipped with Maxdout Stage 1 Tune and Sound Track by Millteksport.
The 240 bhp is at home as a daily driver or hooning around a track.
With the testing in 3 countries now complete this is the official and final sign off on the Pumaspeed MAXD stage 1R kit by MD Tony McQuire.

Last week I got my 1R upgrade for my Focus from Puma guys. Pretty easy setup from consumer side. I got some error by my fault but nothing that Puma guys could not handle remotely from miles away. Those guys are awesome technicians and supporters. Glad I picked them for my mapping way.

I bought AP Coilovers a few years ago from Pumaspeed which have been excellent, a few weeks ago I hit a pothole in Luxembourg and damaged one of my shocks, Selina had all the replacement parts ordered and delivered to my house for when I got home, the service and products are excellent.

Had the pleasure to speak with Jason, and hes just amazing.

As I live in Denmark, I couldn't really drive over, so I went the MAXD route.

Gone from having issues with the MAXD not recognizing the car to get new software and then to supply me with the maps 30 mins after I gave him the cars orginal file. Brilliant.

Fell out of love with my Fiesta ST180 until I bought the stage1 / stage1R tuning box from pumaspeed, it has totally transformed my car, I love driving it again ! �and the power for a stage 1 + map is incredible to say the least. Delivery was very quick and the team down at pumaspeed are very friendly, helpful and ready to give advice. Safe to say my future plans for my car will involve a lot more performance parts from pumaspeed �would definitely recommend pumaspeed !

Bought the max-d our tuning equipment from these guys � currently running stage 2r with crackle and no complaints at all, struggled to get my head around how to work it but rang theses guys more times than I can count with two hands � but always there to help only a phone call away. Bought a milltek system with silencer delete. I love it amazing product. The service I received was outstanding and exhaust was with me the next day. The lad and lasses at pumaspeed are all top people and couldn't be more helpful can't wait to get the car in for tune at some point

A customer here from Australia who bought a Dreamscience unit for his Fiesta ST150 that should have included the Pumaspeed tunes as well as the standard Dreamscience ones.



Shipping was fast and the price wasn't terrible, but what I was sent was missing the Pumaspeed tunes.



Multiple emails and Facebook messages where emailing the tunes was promised has resulted in naught...



I don't know what the problem is as they're now not responding to my messages.



I'm resting to this review to try and either get them to actually send me the tunes or offer me a refund on the price difference between what I received and what I paid for.



3 stars for fast postage and reasonable price, but unfortunately I'm quite disappointed now.

Nothing but messed me about with an oil catch can i ordered, had to wait over a month to get the part so i asked for a refund more than once and they completely ignored what i said and dispatched the part, despite recieving the part i still asked for a refund and they decided to ignore my quiery and change the subject. And when i had no choice but to keep the part it was different and missing the 2 mounting bolts i needed to apply it to my fiesta every time i tried to resolve the issue they shrugged their shoulders with no offer of a refund or anything they simply said they didnt know why it was different, even though they are the ones supplying it they also told me to try and fit it when they didnt know how to fit this amended part themselves i had to go out my way to make the part fit my vehicle which shouldnt of had to be done despite not even wanting the part any more because it was different to what i asked for, very disgusted with service and feedback and wont be ordering from here again. Absolutely terrible.
