Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that some posts have been shared about us this week which give incorrect and misleading information about an incident that happened a few months ago. We do not wish to enter into any online disputes about this incident, or to share the personal details of anyone involved, we simply want to state that all appropriate steps were taken to ensure our contact details and insurance details were provided to the other party on the day of th...e incident, to ensure they could investigate a claim through our insurance. Correspondence was exchanged throughout the days that followed and investigations have been carried out by our insurers and the Council since that time, with continued correspondence provided by them. It is alleged that we took no responsibility for this matter however, the reality is quite the opposite. We have ensured that everything has been done as quickly as possible on our part throughout these investigations. To be clear, we were found not to be at fault for this incident by our insurers and the council. We understand that this matter has now been resolved with the party with whom fault lies. This has been a lengthy process for everyone involved and we do not wish to enter into any further correspondence relating to this incident.
