My daughter had her ears pierced here today. The lady that done them (sorry didn't catch her name) was amazing with her! Lovely range of earrings to choose from too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
Lovely people. Great customer skills. Always accommodating as I fail to book and just call in but they do their best to fit me in. Even on a busy Saturday.

Been twice now to get my nails done by Hannah, and not only is she absolutely lovely but all the staff are too. Lovely atmosphere, would recommend to anyone!
The standard of service I received from one of the beauticians was excellent. However I'm not sure wether the lady on reception was the main receptionist or the manager. But her manner was very abrupt, intimidating and unprofessional. I have never experienced being spoken to with such contempt in any other beauty salons I have frequented. Needless to say I would not be making any further appointments in the future.
