We’ve been very quiet (infact non existent) this year. Original premises sought is taking much longer than anticipated and is out of my control when/ if it will be ready 🤦‍♂️
That’s the bad news, the good news we’ve found a new premises in a good area just on the outskirts of town 😇
... Potentially we could have the new premises open as soon as early June 👀! We want your input though, we don’t want to have a label or stereotype, we want to be different.. standout and have a unique selling point!
Obviously cakes and desserts is going to play a big part in the shop but what else would you want.. ice cream, waffles and churos aka a wider range of desserts. Accommodating specific food types and diets aka gluten free or slimming world. Do you want pies, sandwiches and soups and a daily hot special? 🤷‍♂️🍰🍴
We want to look at different opening times and maybe opening later (especially Friday and Saturday.. get your cupcakes for the weekend) 🎊 Do you want daily updates on Facebook of specials, what’s new etc 🤔
All feedback good and bad is welcome, it’s all going to help with making this what YOU the public want.
Please also bare in mind the premises we are viewing would be take out only!

Thank you so much to everyone who has ordered! Didn’t m expect it to go as crazy as it did 👀🙈 This is what I have left after all orders. Also have strawberry and white chocolate that wasn’t on the original list - they taste fab 😋

A huge thankyou to the 250 people who came and tried my cake yesterday 😘 we made the decision not to go back to The Dickensian today. Few reasons but all the equipment got drenched on Saturday and our pitch was waterlogged, someone also pinched our original pitch but that’s another story 🙈Then there is the fact I didn’t have the man power (I’m a one man band ✌️) to get another 260 cakes decorated between 7pm last night and 7am this morning considering I didn’t actually go to ...sleep Friday into Saturday. I did bake the cakes very early Saturday Morning so have 260 cupcakes sat in my kitchen that I’m going to decorate this morning. I’m going to offer them in boxes of 6 for £5 for collection today between 4-5pm or Monday morning. Flavours include ✨Lemon and Chocolate ✨Gingerbread ✨Sticky Toffee Popcorn ✨Vanilla ✨Biscoff ✨Marshmallow fluff ✨Pick and mix ✨White chocolate ✨Fudge ✨Mint and Nutella ✨Festive Mixed Spice ✨Mixed Selection box (this will feature yummy flavours not on the above menu that I have only enough toppings to make a couple of)

We had chocolate orange, parma violet, pick and mix, whites chocolate and fudge cupcakes going out yesterday! Managed to get some quick snaps 📷👨‍🍳 The sponge and buttercream was gluten free on the pick and mix and fudge at request of the customer 🙌
