Pure Recharge is a small business that prides itself on providing you with a healthy, natural and convenient food choice.
We started making fruit and vegetable smoothies to support our own sports training and healthier diets. This inevitably led us down the route of becoming more conscious of what we were consuming.
Weβve created the Pure Recharge Smoothie mix, a mixture of natural slow-release, high-energy foods and natural superfood supplements. Each pouch is a great way to start your day, support you through your workout and can also be made into a great post-workout smoothie.

It's showing signs of winter outside. π«β Time to start making your Recharge smoothie mixes into porridge. Made my breakfast porridge with a Coco Banana smoothie mix, almond milk, a banana (half in the porridge half as the topping) then put on the hob for 5 minutes. Right at the end I added half a tablespoon of coconut oil. β€β€

Chia Seed Pudding Style ππ Over the weekend @eatnourishlove inspired us to try using our smoothie mixes as the base for a Chia Seed pudding. So this morning I made up a fig and goji smoothie mix, poured it into a bowl and added 2 heaped tbsp of Chia Seeds and put it in the fridge to set. A few hours later I threw on some toppings just in time for lunch ... and it was amazing ππ thank you @eatnourishlove for the idea π. A really nice mix of texture and not too sweet.π

Met you guys at Greenwich Yoga & Vegan Festival, got 4 packs of Recharge Smoothie Mix from you. I'm not a big fan of smoothies, I like to feel some texture so tried them using the Soak Overnight method from the back of the pack and absolutely loved them! I can't decide which one I like the most! They're so tasty and filling. They gave me the energy and kept me full for many hours without feeling heavy. Joe and Dara are lovely people and are reliable and trustworthy. About a year ago, I tried their coco/banana smoothie and it gave me lots of energy all morning. This is great if you want to work out in the gym!
I tried all of their smoothie samples at the recent exhibition and I couldn't decide which one I liked the best. They all tasted so good! :)
