This is the best travel agent bar none. If you're planning a complex trip that can't be sorted online and you don't want your pants pulled down over price you need to get an appointment with Mike.

He arranged all the flights for my 6 month honeymoon that saw me flying Manchester to Moscow via London, HK to Taipei, Taipei to Hanoi, Singapore to Perth via Kuala Lumpur, Broome to Melbourne via Perth, Brisbane to Christchurch and Auckland back to Manchester via HK and London. The price he was able to secure was incredible. The best part is that we must have visited him 5 times over a 2 month period to sort it out. Mike loves a challenge, the more complicated a trip, the better for him. He's done a lot of travel himself and had done fantastic advice and tips on destinations we should consider. We kept throwing in different options and changing the route, e.g. modifying the dates to allow 9 days in Taiwan or changing dates in Australia to account for a side trip to Tasmania. Each time he accommodated it.

When we finally decided, he didn't push us to pay, quite the opposite in fact - he asked us to go away and sleep on it to make sure we were happy before we settled on it. He's genuinely dedicated to his profession and customer satisfaction is paramount. He also arranged our Australian visas and offered to scan and print out passports and driving license that we were taking on the trip. You really do get a complete service.

Since we returned we've asked him for informal advice on flight prices to Japan and he's responded by email with good suggestions. In short, I was impressed.
