Pure Comms was set up in 2010 to address need for a reliable, efficient Telecoms training supplier in the UK.
With over 10 years of experience in the Telecoms Industry, both on the customer side and supplier side we have the knowledge to fully understand the requirements of a modem business and provide a training package that will suit small, medium and large organisations.
We have conducted handset training in past the last with as few as 6 employees, up to entire contact centres with 200 agents. As well as handset training we offer focused courses for administrators, contact centre agents and operator consoles.
