What a great store. There is a cookery theatre! A brilliant experience, can't wait for the next one. Fabulous electrical store, kitchens and cookshop, reasonable prices. Customer service was excellent!

We visited the store several times now and always found the staff members extremely helpful, polite and friendly.. They offer advice if you ask but leave you alone if you want to browse on your own.

I'm in love with the new Smeg line and can't wait for Christmas �

Many thanks to all the staff for being so nice! There are many stores selling electrical and cooking equipment but the reason why we would never go elsewhere is exactly the great customer service we received every time without a fault!

Thank you Purewell. Today I needed help!. Washing machine blew up. One call, great service, delivered and installed in just 3 hours!. That is good old fashioned, customer service from a company whom wants to help. Well done and thank you.

Superb cookery demo with Lesley Waters,a very enjoyable evening. Will go again in the new year. Lovely showroom and attentive staff, the place for excellent choice of products and service.

Needed a double oven yesterday (22 Dec) after my sisters got broken.Phoned up to see if they had any in stock,Dean was extremely helpful even offered a display one if that fitted our requirements.Went down there plenty of choice,delivery if we needed,no pressure to buy what we did not want/ most expensive.Absolutely fab service forget the big stores use the local independents. Thank You

Made a purchase from Purewell Electrical on Monday November 21st, spoke to Kevin at Purewell Electrical today who resolved an issue to my complete satisfaction.Their customer service is excellent and I will continue to use this family run company for any future purchases.

Learnt lots of short cuts and techniques for decorating cakes from the Tala Icing Masterclass today. Thanks to Hannah and Purewell Electrical.who have a large selection of Tala products. Mary and John,

Best price anywhere for the Dyson DC 59 and delivered next day on the "3~5 day free delivery service. very impressed!

Attended two cookery demos in the new theatre at Purewell, both great, only £5 which you get back if you spend £30 or more in store. Informative, informal and fun. Give it a go.

poor customer service for my kitchen installation, no agreed deadlines met, no notice of possible delays on ordering or payment. In hindsight would not have spent £20,000 with them

don't believe their price match promise, they only match with like stores i.e john lewis ,argos etc. do not match the web!!!! purchased a bose system then found it £110 cheaper on a big website, trust pilot rated 5 star, and they were not interested. have bought many items from them in the past, shopped at the original store in purewell, never shop there again. totally unbelievable.

We went in to take a look at the selection of audio devices, possibly with a view to purchasing today. On the way in to the store, we had a quick browse at the Vodafone area, and the young chap was eager and helpful but knew when to leave a customer to themselves.



On the other hand, the staff representing Purewell Electrical could not have done less. They were most notable by their distinct lack of interest and their absence. We spent over an hour in the shop browsing the audio equipment and other items, with not a single member of staff approaching us to offer assistance.



What was perhaps even more disconcerting was the lovely large screen at one of the till/terminals which showed with great clarity the order and personal details of one unfortunate customer. I do hope that Mrs 'X' of Walkford Road enjoys her new range. I also sincerely hope that she receives the due care and attention she deserves, which we clearly didn't.



Having been runner-up for Best Customer Service in 2004, something must have gone seriously wrong between then and now for things to have slipped so far down hill.



Perhaps the staff need closer supervision on a weekend from Management. Perhaps they need to visit a competitor who offers superior service and find out what that does to their profit margins.



This was my first visit to Purewell. Needless to say it was also my last.

Not happy with lots of things would like someone at purewell to take an interest.
