��� What an amazing shop with the most wonderful staff! Every woman wants the “experience” when trying on Bridal Gowns and this place really delivers! I was greeted with smiles and offered a much needed cup of tea straight away. Lovely gown trying area with big mirrors and comfy sofa’s for your bridal party. You really are spoiled for choice on gowns as they are all absolutely beautiful and new in so you know the dress hasn’t been hanging on the rail for months on end - this was great for me as I needed to buy a dress that day and take it with me. Very professional and experienced service and reigned me in offering advice on how many dresses I should try on so I didn’t get too overwhelmed....the best advice ever!! Safe to say I’d found my dress within 5 and if I’d have had my way I would have tried on the whole shop! Lovely little bag given to me with my receipt offering a garter for something blue, lovely magazines and also £1000 free gown insurance � Couldn’t recommend this Bridal Shop highly enough!!! We visited here yesterday for my daughter and her friends prom dresses from the moment we stepped in the shop it was a wonderful experience it’s a family run business and all the family grandma mum and daughter were absolutely lovely. The daughter was looking after us and was so patient and lovely with the girls amazing experience and we came away with a gorgeous prom dress thank you ladies xxx

My Dad brought me and my Mum here as a surprise visit and we all felt welcomed and loved my Leanne and Sian. Both ladies made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I felt like i jaf known them for year's. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere with ample varieties of dresses to try on. Every design you could imagine was there. I tried 4 dresses on, I only had a rough idea of what i wanted but Leanne knew instantly what would suit me. I didn't feel pressured or pushed into buying a dress (or one that i didn't want). The dress that Leanne picked out for me was stunning when i tried it on. I went in dressly and clueless and came out with a dress! First and only store i have ever visited.

I would recommend this place to anyone for prom, the dresses was amazing and still managed to get a beautiful dress at the very last minute. Although I left it at the last minute and the dress didn’t quite fit, I still managed to get someone to fit it by them recommending me to someone. They was so polite and lovely people. I visited Purity Bridal with my daughter., looking for her wedding dress. We were looked after by Leanne, who was so helpful, lovely and patient. She encouraged us to browse the stunning array of dresses to pick out ones we liked. My daughter chose 6 to try on. The help and advice we were given made it a much easier decision and, wouldn't you just know it, the first dress she tried on was "the one"! All through trying on dresses Leanne was lovely and supportive and made my daughter feel really good about herself (she thinks she's too fat, which is just not true).

Bought my daughters prom dress from here and so pleased with the service from booking, confirmation and the appointment itself. Staff took the time to get to understand what she wanted and we were not felt rushed or on a conveyor belt like other shops. Friendly staff, who weren’t pushy made the day an enjoyable one.
