'Purley Dene' is well furnished family home with a long 'L' shaped living room complete with HiFi, TV, DVD player, dining table and comfortable seating.

Unlimited Wifi internet access

Seperate games room with snooker table, table football & darts board. For younger children there is a fort with soldiers, a farm with animals & other toys. For outside there is bowls, quoits, cricket & badminton

There is a family bedroom with a double and bunk beds, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

All beds have DUVETS.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The ground floor modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC.

There is also a WC upstairs.

This property sleeps a maximum of eight persons and should not be exceeded.

Gas and electricity are included in the rental.

BED LINEN is available for hire on request in advance at a cost of £25 if required.
