Santa Claws has visited Purrfect this morning! 🎁🎅😻 Your feline family have had a lovely morning, loads of treats, presents & fuss and look very content. My own 3 cats Blossom, Bamboo & Conker also enjoyed their prezzies & even exchanged kisses... 😲 The Christmas cheer is spreading! The big day is fast approaching & we have an abundance of lovely festive puss-cats here enjoying their holidays. 🎄😻 We have stockings, toys, pretty lights & me and my helpers are full of the lovely sweets & gifts that our wonderful guests have bought us... thank you! 😘🎁 We're ready for our busy Christmas! It's Christmas Jumper Day #1... & we have more kittens arriving x 😍 🐱

Check out these, inc the kittens & some other guests new to Purrfect. 😻 We have 20 year old Frosty with us again, showing his younger friends how to behave 😉....I can't believe his 'younger self' is also staying with us (uncanny resemblance!!) I hope they're all enjoying the Christmas lights & festive cheer at the Cattery x 🐱🎉🎅

Yes it really is 5 years ago that Roy, our children & I moved in and took over the most 'Purrfect Cattery'. 😻 I can honestly say we have not looked back since. I wear my 'Weymouth's Crazy Cat Lady' title with pride, and still absolutely LOVE my role. We've done so much...inc our total rebuild, re-designed the garden, signage, added chalet entertainment, formed friendships & trust & built up a massive loyal customer base. I have taken thousands of ph...otos & equally, reassured thousands of anxious owners. We've faced & dealt with problems with genuine compassion, saved a couple of lives through my animal first aid training, worked every Christmas Day, won the Wessex FM work quiz twice, and my awards..... so many gifts, flowers & the most amazing loyal customers. We (inc my family & staff) fall in love with your cats too & hope to be able to do so for many, many more years.THANK YOU for 5 wonderful years x 💗😻😻😻😻

Just a reminder to let our Facebook friends know that Christmas week is fully booked here at Purrfect Cattery. We were booked up in record time this year, before the end of July! We have a full reserve list for last minute cancellations too. I'm having to turn away about 5 enquiries a day at the moment and I'm so sorry if you haven't been able to book with us this time... We have a birthday at Purrfect today! 🐈🎈This fluffy beauty is 10yrs old & on his holiday with us & a 'full to the brim' cattery. We've got a variety of ages, from 6 months to 20 years plus some cats with some very special features & characteristics! 😻 I'm getting lots of cuddles & learning about our many new guests too. It's a cats life here at Purrfect this week! We've got Persians, Bengals, Domestic longhairs & shorthairs, Torties, Black cats, Siamese, Burman & a Maine Coon.... phew! 😻 I have some cats new to Purrfect this week, they've settled in lovely & seem to be enjoying their relaxed & warm surroundings (& the fuss we offer!) I hope you've all had a fun & safe bonfire night...🎆 We have made sure all of our cats here at Purrfect (including our 3 resident cats) have felt safe & secure. The inside chalet doors are closed, with heaters on, extra bedding & background music playing. Our neighbours' garden firework displays were nice & early, so we were with our guest cats through most of it. All seem happy & content and most importantly, SAFE! 🤗😻 Have yourselves & your pets a lovely evening. Alison x

It's cold and miserable outside & my body clock hasn't adjusted to the extra hour I could have in bed this morning! It seems neither have the cats. 😸 Their toasty heaters are on all night now, keeping them cozy & warm. As you know, we cater for your cats' individual needs...so if I feel they might enjoy extra bedding, toys, grooming or benefit from our purpose bought steps, then that's what they'll get! I'm at their beck & call 😉. And that is why our headline logo is 'home f...rom home'... As well as the lovely, cuddly & sweet side of running a successful Cattery there is a huge amount of responsibility & expectation. My regulars will know I take my cat carer role extremely seriously. Our aim is to send your cats home to you in good health & contentment after their stay at Purrfect. If ever that isn't the case then I would take it very seriously & treat any problems with sensitivity & professionalism. Gladly this doesn't happen too often, but I am always here to listen to your concerns. This is why I am prepared to learn, keep close links with the vets & continue in my first aid skills in order to offer you & your cat the best possible service! I also love your grateful feedback, it is important to know that the owners as well as your felines are happy with our care. 😻 If anyone would like to talk about future bookings, long or short term, or would just like to spend a short time getting to know what we do to make each cat experience a 'Purrfect' one, then please get in touch. As I say, it's 'Home from Home'... the guests share their holiday time with me & my staff, they can socialise with each other through their clear walls, or just snuggle up in the security of their own cozy bedroom. 🤗 I wish I was a cat at Purrfect! ❤

What a beautiful sunset our puss-cats have had for a view this evening! 😻❤😻

we entrusted our cats in to the care of purrfect boarding cattery, the first time we have put our beloved boys into a cattery.After going to speak to Alison and checking out the boarding home before we went on holiday, we were very happy to leave our shy boys in their care.we were very apprehensive as we had never left them before, we are glad we left them there, with pics and updates that was a comfort to us and just by talking to alison they had nothing but love and affection.no hesitation in using them again Thankyou Alison and team x

Thank-you for taking care our our cat whilst we went away .I was very pleased at how well she settled in and on collection how relaxed and calm she was with you (not her normal reaction to people .) I would highly recommend your cattery without hesitation .

Thank you so much for looking after my boy Levi. Not the easiest “personality”. Your care team is next to none and accommodation immaculate. I have been so at ease with leaving him with you. I’ll recommend you to all my friends with a cat or two who are in need of a holiday. Shame I can only give five stars, you deserve double. ��

Purrfect cattery is such a lovely place. My cat was very happy during his stay. The staff are great and took such good care of him. We’ll definitely be using the cattery again.

My cat Marley has stayed here a couple of times now and he always comes home just as happy as when I drop him off. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs their cat looking after. The cats are all so well looked after and given plenty of attention and fuss.

Just to say a massive thank you to Alison and team for looking after Beau again... Such a lovely, friendly and professional Cattery, whilst being like home from home!! Beau is so content when she comes home I know she is looked after. The new Cattery is just wonderful, keep up the great work... Beau will be back soon to say hi xxx

Just picked up our cat and it's safe to say he wasn't fussed about coming home!!! We were reluctant to use a cattery as we normally leave them at home but one of our cats had recently been involved in an Rta and was still on medication, and had lots of medical issues in his recovery. This was no problem for Alison she was happy to give tablets and she made sure he was in a chalet where she could keep an extra close eye. The photo update when i messaged to make sure he was settling in okay was lovely little touch. Would very highly recommend. Thank you.

I would entrusted my cat Cottonsocks in to the care of purrfect boarding cattery, the first time I have put my beloved boy into the cattery. After going to speak to Alison to me and let my know what she do, I were very happy to leave my shy boy in their care. I was very apprehensive as I had never left him before, and I was are glad that I left them there, with pics and updates that was a comfort to me and just by talking to Alison they had nothing but love and affection. i had no hesitation in using them again. I would recommended to anyone who need to use a cattery. Thank you Alison and team from cottonsocks and owners xx

I used Purrfect the first time for two weeks at the end of April. It was the first time I'd ever left my sphynx cat so was feeling really apprehensive, I shouldn't have worried, Alison kept me updated and it seems Myrtle was treated like a princess, possibly having a better holiday than me! I have no hesitation in recommending Purrfect.

Hi Alison, just wanted to say a big thank you for having Thomas, the pictures you posted showed how happy and settled he was, I didn't worry about him, 2 weeks is the longest we've been apart and I think he missed me as much as I missed him.

Having found ourselves with two fur baby kitties that had been left in a box beside a bin just weeks before our short break away in December, we needed a safe place for little Neo and Leia to stay. We knew straight away talking to Alison on the phone and a visit to meet the team that Alison and the Purrfect Cattery was just the right place for our new additions. Worried and anxious at the thought of leaving such small and precious kitties so soon, was soon brushed aside by reassuring updates and photos of Neo and Leia being spoiled rotten and completely at home in their lovely holiday chalet while we where away. Our babies will be back for their second short stay very very soon and our spring holiday is already booked in. Alison is a true cat lover and I can highly recommend the boarding chalets, surroundings and staff! We're so glad we found you and our kitties won't go anywhere else when we go away.

Eddie had another fantastic time at the Perfect Cattery.



Alison and her team made Eddie feel very special during our time away.



Her coat was gleaming and she looked very relaxed and happy when we collected her after our little break.

Both mine and my mums cat have stayed at the cattery.



My cat has been in other Cattery's before and has always been very nervous and upset hissing at anyone trying to look after him but there was none of that when staying at purrfect Cattery's, he was happy and even friendly towards everyone.



My mums cat is very old and nervous and hasn't been in a cattery for about 16 years but settled and was very happy whilst staying at purrfect Cattery's



Alison is lovely and really cares for the cats.



Would definitely recommend to everyone �
