We assess the evidence in each case and advise on its prospects. We prepare cases for Court and Tribunals and make representations on behalf of parties to a case in open Court. Free 30 minute initial interview; fixed fee for case assessment, and through to concluding cases. We are able to offer Damage Based Agreement for Claimants (DBAs) in Employment Tribunal cases which is funding where we take a percentage of the amount recovered. Detailed costs schedule - you know what to expect to pay us if you pursue a case, or continue to defend a case. We review each case on an ongoing basis to ensure prospects.
