Hi all I would like to thank the front office staff and especially the gent who solve the problem with our Ford Focus and it's windows. It would have been a very chilly drive home to Durham if we had had to continue our journey with both Windows down.
They did not charge us a penny for job in hand!

Thanks to all your staff who helped my father who while on holiday in the Lake District picked up a puncture on his Focus. A special thanks for the lift into Kendal so we could have a look around while the car was sorted. Thanks for fitting us in at sort notice.

Called in to discuss options on a new Ford Ranger as displayed in their forecourt.

None of the sales staff had any product knowledge and tried to put me through on the phone to another branch

The other branch were busy so the salesmen walked off without saying where he was going and then came back with a brochure asked no me to leave my details

Lesson 1 - if one is sell something one must know about that product .......

Sale lost and off to a dealer who may know their products ....

Our car had a problem starting, 4 new injectors were fitted at a cost of £1500 and the car came out of the garage with exactly the same problem! Took it to Car Clinic and for another £170 it was actually fixed. What an expensive mistake to make, very poor service. We won't be buying a Ford again.

I have helped two of my daughters buy cars from this dealership & on both occasions they have made the task easy.
