What a brilliant September we've had here at Patisserie Universelle. Now only one month and 11 days till our launch on the 11.11.11 YES!

After a day of business planning and product development, we're tired. Not so tired of the #vegan French Macaron however... ;)
Update: the beignets (gluten free and vegan) are AMAZING. C'est super? OUAIS!
Tuesday 6th August 2011: testing of the product mixes including a mix for #vegan profiteroles, eclairs and beignets (continental doughnuts). How exciting (and tasty)?!
We had a fantastic day at St. Giles and agricultural show in central London today - many thanks to Jane and the community who support us. =]
